For those who are purchasing their furniture from a further shipping location, please be aware of their poor packaging. Also please be patient with as they tend to REALLY lag and not respond to emails as well.

The first delivery we had issues with the base of the table and 3 out of the 4 chairs as they were pretty beat up due to poor packaging. The base of the table in particular was the worst as it looked completely melted (first three photos attached). Although we were promised an exchange, they were extremely slow and made sure we gave up before they were able to properly fix our order.

Although the second delivery had less scratches this time, we will take what we can get since we were getting genuinely fed up with boxes lying around our house for about a month. It's crazy how the box was breaking apart before I could even get it inside the house (don't believe me? check the last 3 photos attached).

Again, this would've been all okay if we just received better packaging as I'm sure a more expensive and quality box would be cheaper than re-creating, re-purchasing (since they buy it off a company that makes their stuff), and re-selling the piece(s) of furniture.

Best of luck to future customers though regardless as I genuinely hope you guys do not have a terrible experience with your shipments/customer service!

Zuri Furniture has a decent selection of very nice modern furniture. Lily was VERY helpful the couple times I've been in the store, both in helping decide which pieces to choose from when I was undecided, as well as with the flexibility of shipping.
I'll definitely be back.

Horrible experience. First I purchased some bar stools, paid cash everything was well. Later I thought I wanted to purchase a living room set, wrong idea. So these people will give you a quote, that expires in days. Actually this is their way to preasure you to purchase or be punished with a higher price. Also, these NOT SO SMART people will not layaway anything. In a world of high prices for everything, these guys will not allow you to short term layaway, UNBELIEVABLE. I found all my desires at Rooms To Go and Ashley furniture stores. And you are welcome to layaway, incredible right? This Zuri establishment probably won't be in business much longer. I advise to never visit this OVER PRICED, UNFRIENDLY joint. The desperate sales folk are hilarious, actually we don't need this place in society.
