Seriously it's a pathetic experience which I faced in your store. None of the staff are bothered about customers and I didn't even get a single service by the staff and atlast we finished self shopping and again faced a problem at cash counters..all servers are down and all floor cash counters are down...and there is no manual billing process and I'll never forget the experience... This would be the last visit for this store.

We come only for quality and service...

Respective management look into this...

I can say that it is best Store of India Fashion Market. The store is of India where you get the highest rate goods from ₹ 99 to 999. New Amazing Stylish so you go for shopping. Use it and it is just that the lifeline which is there, it is not very durable. Why butt style is good enough for you then you go. Buy shopping. I will message what is the plan here today. Earlier, what used to be used by small and medium families. Nowadays Rich people also come and good marketing will be false and it is a very good effort of Tata Group to provide a good cloth to everyone at a low rate, so I would say that a very good store must go now.

Today I visited one of the Zudio stores which is located opposite JNTU university in Kukatpally. PIN code : 500085.

I entered the store around 8:40 PM. By 8:51, I selected few exactly 2 shirts and asked the respective Trail room staff to allow me inside the trail room, so I can trial and finish my selection with in 2 minutes. Because I need it on an urgent basis, only because I came late from my office could not visit the store early hours and finish off my selection process.

Nevertheless…

For the above situation, the exact response from the staff was, “ what ever the reason is we will not allow to Trail room after 8:45, whether you buy the merchandise or not, we don’t care.. we will not allow anyone to trail room after 8:45. I asked him that I need this in emergency and it will hardly take 2 minutes to finish my selection among the 2 T shirts I have selected.

After this I have searched for the store Manager to request, there are no such persons in the store and every person whom I asked for store manager, their only response is - “He left the store early today”.

This is a very very bitter experience from one of my favorite brands. And with today’s experience I highly doubt about my shopping expenditure in Zudio

In such a metro city like Hyderabad, timings and Customization of timings according to the situations should be in place, is what we as a costumer will expect from such a big store like TATA - Zudio.

Biller lady is not minding of line and was ignoring
And then billed and then added wrong number
Then there security was asking bill and not letting go
There was a mistake by the billing lady and they were not letting it go not giving other bill
Please change the billing lady with short height in Jntu branch
