As I was in the process of ordering the shelves, the communication was excellent. I purchased four 1.75" x 12" x 26 5/8" knotty Alder shelves with a custom finish to match my existing cabinetry. The shelves arrived in a timely matter and were packaged very well. The finish was beautiful , matching my existing cabinetry perfectly. The area I was installing them was 27" and had 3 studs in that space but the bracket doesn't extend across the entire back of the shelf, therefore, I had to use toggles in several places to anchor the shelves to the wall. The owner guided me through this process, offering suggestions on types of toggles and where to place the toggles on the bracket for the best support. After sliding the shelves onto the brackets, the shelves continued to sag at the front. I reached out to the owner and voiced concerns, he thought that possibly I hadn't installed them correctly. I took pictures of the level bracket and post. My local ACE hardware felt as though the 6" post wasn't long enough for the 12" deep shelf given the weight of the shelf. ACE warned against putting anything of substantial weight on the shelf, especially towards the front. When I discussed this with the owner, the owner said the post could support up to a 14" deep shelf. Eventaully I called in a contractor because I was struggling to get them to not sag. He too felt as though the posts weren't long enough. He said they'd need to be anchored to the neighboring cabinet to support the weight of dishware. The contractor also struggled to get the shelves to fit snug on the bracket, he wondered if possibly the holes in the shelves weren't drilled deeply enough for the bracket & post. One of the shelves holes, in the back, were not drilled evenly and the bracket was bowed. I sent the owner pictures of that and he asked if all the shelves had this issue or just the one. I told him it was just the one but that my contractor had concerns that possibly the holes in the other shelves weren't drilled into the shelf correctly and that was what was causing them to sag. All communication came to an end. No offer to credit the shelf with the misdrilled holes. I'm now stuck with one shelf that cannot be floating and has to be installed with a L bracket. The entire installation process became a nightmare. The Google reviews were all glowing but the reviews on the Better Business Bureau were very different. Ratings on the BBB are 1.8 out of 5 and the company has a F rating.

3 shelves arrived with 2 brackets, email but no response, then received an irate phone call and a promise to send a bracket, which came, but was wrong size. More email, another irate phone call wanting to know the problem. Sent pictures and another bracket promised. When it arrived, wrong spacing. More emails and no response in30 days. Shelf unuseable and no response from company.

12/1/20. Bracket arrived as promised, all 3 shelves now installed and look good. Brackets are well made and extremely sturdy, shelves are of good quality. I am happy!

Ordered two white oak shelves. Took a while to arrive but well worth the wait. Very high quality. One bracket was slightly tweeked but easily fixed. I would use these folks again.

The quality of the product is unmatched. We love our shelves and Shane's customer service was so great too. We had a color issue with a few of our shelves from a different order and they instantly sent us a shipping label to ship them back and fix the problem. They fixed the issue the day the shelves arrived back to them and had them sent back to us the day after that. Love the product. Love the customer service.

Customer service is non-existent. Communication is non-existent.
I ordered mine - took 1 month to ship and then another 3 weeks for delivery. Meanwhile I contacted them right away to route for a strip light. No response. After multiple irate email, they responded and said they will make sure they will route for the light. Well, it arrived and it is not routed. They recommend that my electrician do the work. oh...ok...
If you want someone to actually communicate - go with someone else. Otherwise the shelf is good quality. But it's not worth it.

I have loved my EZ Floating Shelves! The Barnwood was the perfect color!

My 3 shelves just arrived today and I already installed them. They look great! I’m very impressed with the craftsmanship and packaging. I will definitely be ordering more this weekend when I take some measurements.

Got my shelves,great craftmanship but very small.I asked to cancel this order prior to arriving because it took to long to send and I had to change kitchen design around it.To send these back and be refunded for 50% of the purchase is so unfair,comes up to what I paid for both shelves.I learned my lesson on online orders and that was my last on line purchase,I've never been satisfied with any online purchase,and pictures are always deceiving.
