Short story: Professional service from Rachel that helped me and my wife to be comfortable and informed.

This last Saturday, the 18th, Rachel was AWESOME. I've had the biggest phone issues lately, and was nervous about the price point of repairs. Generally I have a harder time trusting places like this, just cuz of past experiences with other companies, but Rachel did such a good job of educating, and offering alternatives. Really easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back!
