I was in a bit of a rush to find a dresser for my guest room to prepare for a surprise visit from my parents. I had one of the BEST shopping and sales person experiences I’ve ever had, hands down. Gulsum was my salesperson and she’s a gem! She’s a fantastic balance of friendly, knowledgeable, and making the RIGHT recommendations by listening to my needs.

My first visit was just to see exactly what was available in my timeframe and I was so happy to see Gulsum working again when I returned the next day. I ended up also buying nightstands due to her attention & creativity of having me consider sofa side tables as an options in the bedroom.

After getting a sense of my style taste, Gulsum pointed out a beautiful Stickley bed which I hadn’t even noticed because I wasn’t shopping for a bed. She used just the right amount of sales skill & knowledge along with a clear understanding of my tastes. This $4500 bed is now on my list for 2025 and I didn’t even know I wanted a new bed!

The rest of the sales & mgt team were also stellar. Incredibly helpful, professional and efficient.

I would shop with Gulsum for every purchase in and out of furniture if I could. Thank you Gulsum and the rest of the team!

Woodbridge interiors definitely has beautiful quality furniture. Once you pay then comes the promises on delivery dates. then the communication stops as well.
Our salesman was very knowledgeable personable when your in the store, I'm not going to give his name that's pointless, they know who he is.
We purchased 5 pieces with a delivery date of 5 weeks, we understand things get move or adjusted, now it's been going on 8 weeks! he's never in! all we here from Woodbridge when we call is no he's out, he's sick, he's on vacation. we've texted him call and called, e-mail never an reply.
Asked more then twice for the manger she's never available we'll have her call you back.
With that said, it really boils down to one person, and the manger!
for lack of communication and service to the customer after the sale. we just want our furniture delivered.
