I’m so happy that Windsor has beautiful party and casual clothes. They have beautiful accessories as well and I found my outfit for Austin City Limits there the day before the show!!! Life saver!! You guys have beautiful clothes! I saved so much time by going straight to your store. So happy for this change in selecting refreshing styles

Horrible service that left a bad taste in my mouth. The cashier had issues printing my receipt so she asked someone else to help her. This lady was so rude and basically made me feel like it was my fault: "That's why we ask for emails." Sorry, didn't realize you can't do a basic transaction properly.
Gave me no assurance about how I would do a return if needed.

Would suggest anywhere but this Windsor

A disaster of store, I bought a pair of shoes for $40.90 I wanted to exchange them for a smaller size and I realized that all the other shoes were marked with a lower price of $30.90, I decided to go to the checkout so they would deduct the difference because they were the same shoes, and the manager told me that it couldn't be done because the barcode on my shoes was different from the others. I insisted that it was ridiculous, but she refused repeating the same incoherence. Definitely terrible service, I will never enter this store again even by mistake.

Horrible service. Walked in when they were about to close and I understand everyone wants to go home because I had a similar job. But being rude and saying “you only have 2 minutes to try that on “ when I said I was going to be quick. Also I was quick and this lady which name is Tiffany just looked at me while I was waiting for her to check me out. I thought she was such in a hurry. Until someone else saw me there so she came up. While Tiffany was just gossiping with her other coworker. Better service is needed. At least not someone like Tiffany. If they don’t like their job then honey find another one. May 22,2024 @8:50

Stormy was so amazing in the store , very sweet genuinely sweet. I really loved her energy . She was super super helpful with everything I love this store but she made me love it even more with the best experience I’ve ever had shopping . Thank you !! 🙂

They just opened and the store looks amazing. I had a return from another Windsor location and they gladly did my return without questions. The nice young woman who helped me was very helpful and sweet. 🙂 thanks for making it a good experience since I had a horrible experience at the other location in lakeline mall.
