Updated the new manager put me in a bad position. Calling to get the pictures furniture below that I had but got damaged moving. I was going to buy their last one on the showroom. I had to plan a u-haul and asked for photos to make sure it was fine before driving up. He sent me photos even of it wrapped up. Instead of calling me to inform me someone was interested in it, he decided to sell it and just send me a text saying sorry. That is horrible business coming from Boise to shop at Wilson and bates. For being a manager that is unacceptable.

Shout out to Brenda Meck for helping me with purchase of a recliner. She was very helpful and it is a perfect compliment to my other recliner. It was nice to have it stock. Ordered towards the end of the week, and delivered on Monday, the following week. So Happy! The WB chair is pictured on the right.

We went in and bought a beautiful loveseat and recliner but once it was delivered, it was huge in my small house. Wilson Bates exchanged my order easily. I will definitely go back for my bed next.

We furnished our entire house from Wilson Bates about 10 months ago and Maria was our sales associate, she was super helpful, knowledgeable and just did an overall great job. Today we went in to get a few more things and she remembered us and again she did a great job! Thanks Maria!

We came in to buy couches, the store was BUSY! Jeanne approached us and asked if we needed any help, but we wanted to just look around. She wasn’t pushy at all. Once we made our decision she was busy with another customer, but she made sure to let us know she saw us and would get to us shortly.

We left and got dinner and then came back. Jeanne was free to help and she did so much more than that! Our indecisiveness on what we wanted caused us to stay after hours. She never made us feel like a burden and was so helpful the entire process. Mind you, my man and I were crabby, stressed and just over house shopping. She just kept a smile on her face. She thanked us multiple times. The sweetest lady!

We were in a rush to get our couches so she made sure to ask if I minded if she texted me, which is just amazing and convenient. So much more personable and caring. I think that is GREAT customer service. She checked in with me multiple times to reiterate that our shipping wasn’t delayed and it would be on time with the schedule because I’m a worry wart. Her service far exceeds my expectations and she deserves to be recognized. She went ABOVE & BEYOND for us. When I told her that, she replied with, “I am just doing my job & getting you taken care of.” But she did so much more for that. Best customer service I’ve received in Twin Falls, hands down! For any future household furniture needs I will make sure to go in and see her! She’s a 5 star rating from me! Adore her!!
