My experience at Wilson bates has been the worst!! I purchased a brand new washer and dryer from them and not even a week went when it stopped working I call them all they said they could not do anything about it that It had to be serviced but no one come out here and services those and I clearly asked those kinds of questioned before buying them the most expensive ones. All they wanted was their damn commission they don’t care about customer service. now am stuck with a one week old broken washer and they don’t give a damn all they wanted was my money and their commission.

my mother went here to get a washing machine, a man i believe by the name of tom/ thomas basically profiled her because of the way she was dressed ( she works on a farm) so he assumed she was poor/ couldn't afford clean clothes. Immediately assumes she was going to finance it and was being very rude. she had to fight for an in depth explanation about the specific washing machine she was buying. Washer was decent price but it also takes a week to ship although it's in just a town next to us. Just very disappointing my mother had to go through this, i wish i was with her to yell at this man and protect her from profiling. Shouldn't have to protect parents from rude behavior.

Can’t believe how frustrating this is. We went in to get a new living room set found what we wanted got it ordered that process was pretty smooth. Took literal months to get it in not a big deal we were warned just frustrating. When the couch came in the arm was broken Wilson bates offered to fix it after several attempts at a pickup time they finally got it brought it back and when they did the fabric was ripped on the corner. We again asked them to come get the couch. We no longer wanted it after they came to pick it up they called a few days later an informed us there would be a 190$ restocking fee. Are you kidding me? I’d give them 0 out of 5 if I could this is nuts give me something broken and charge me for the return? Go anywhere else for furniture this is just nuts.

Very unhappy with this company bought a nice couch and everything and only had it for a few months and then we started to notice some bites appearing on my husband and come to find out they were bed bug bites and we had to pay out of pocket for the exterminator and the pest control guy check every room and all our furniture and said the only place that he could see them was in the couch so we had to get rid of the couch because of it

I had the best experience at Wilson bates. My furniture came in a timely manner and the Delivery drivers were the best!! They brought my furniture through my window as it won’t fit through my door and they made Sure to put a blanket down to not scrape my couches. They put them together for me and were fast and efficient. Those guys need a raise!! Thank you Wilson Bates and Brenda Meck for my awesome couch!!!
