I give 5 stars to Wilding Wallbeds! The entire process was not only enjoyable, but also knowledgeable. This was by far the best investment that I have ever made in my life as a homeowner of 21 years. The experience was knowledgeable in that, although I had hired a contractor to assemble the unit, I took on the challenge to complete it myself. And the instructions were such that, I installed it alone, with the exception of where two people were needed to lift. As for the staff, professionalism and dedication are not strong enough words to describe them. I highly recommend this agency and all ther products to anyone who can appreciate Fine Furniture for the home which will last a life time. JOB WELL DONE!

My wife and I are aspiring artists and when we recently moved from Arizona to our home state of New Mexico, our new home necessitated we combine our painting room and guest room which sent me on a search for a quality Murphy bed. Once I found Wilding Wallbeds and did some research it was clear to me this was the bed I wanted to install in our new home. We already had a nice king size foam mattress so I went with the king size wallbed along with a couple of cabinets. Although parts of the install process was very challenging due to the size, the videos along with the written instruction made the whole process very doable. Now that it is installed, we are more than thrilled with it. It’s a beautiful addition and I’m sure our future guests will appreciate how sturdy it is.

My enthusiasm for my Wilding Wallbed knows no bounds, and I wholeheartedly endorse Wallbeds by Wilding to all. Our quest for the perfect wallbed led us to numerous local dealers, but we were consistently let down by subpar quality or aesthetics. Our search ended when we discovered Wilding online.

After receiving an initial quote, we decided to visit the Chino Hills showroom to verify the quality. It was evident that no other wallbed could rival Wilding's blend of style and functionality. Consequently, we decided to place an order for a Wilding Wallbed.

One of the most impressive aspects of the process was the ability to customize nearly every detail of our wallbed. We had the freedom to choose the layout—opting between horizontal or vertical orientations—to best fit our space. Additionally, we explored various stain, color, and lighting options to enhance the functionality and ambiance of the bed. The depth options and cabinet designs were also customizable, allowing us to tailor the bed to our exact specifications and interior design aesthetic.

Our collaboration with Penny, who is based in St. George, UT, was instrumental in getting our bed shipped and installed in San Diego. Penny and her team were exceptional in helping us navigate these customization options. They meticulously adjusted the cabinet dimensions according to our preferences (Brandon was especially quick in modifying the drawings), provided advice on custom pulls (which we had delivered directly to their warehouse), and coordinated seamlessly with our construction team.

The entire experience, from sales and design to delivery and installation, was nothing short of phenomenal. The team was not only professional and courteous but also a pleasure to work with. Their product is truly unparalleled, and I am grateful for their role in transforming my room. Thank you, Wilding Wallbeds, for breathing life into my space and for offering such a personalized, high-quality product!

We found customer service to be excellent. Dave Phillips helped us put together a wonderful wall bed package. We had several questions, which Glenn Grover answered with expertise, and was very pleasant. The goal of all of the associates with Wilding, is to make sure that customers end up with a quality product. We were very impressed with the quality of the wood used and the workmanship put into each piece. We had a thumb drive with concise instructions for each phase of the build. From order to completed project, we were very happy!

We LOVE our Wilding Wallbed! After a complete gut and remodel of the basement, we wanted a pull down bed that would complement the space. After searching locally and checking out the various discount versions online, we decided up our budget and go for the Wilding. We are so happy we did! The customer service is top notch, Sam told us what to expect for construction and lead time, and they kept us notified when it was ready to ship. The price and the wait for us is reasonable, as the old adage says, you get what you pay for - and to us, we paid for quality and craftsmanship - Well done!

Let me start by saying the assembly is no joke. However, we could not be happier with the quality, functionality and appearance of the furniture. Dave, the sales rep with whom we worked, helped in ensuring we ordered the correct size, etc. I highly recommend this product and the company.

On October 26, 2020 I sent a "please contact me" message to Wilding Wallbeds. Approximately 3 min later Penny called me.  She asked me what I was looking for and we talked about the beds I had seen on their website.  The one I wanted was going to take approximately 15 weeks to get to me which wasn't going to work for us.  Penny then asked if she could call me back in the morning because she knew they were going to have new in stock items beginning November 1st.   The next morning she called me and said they had a bed similar to the one I liked but she couldn't order it until November 1st.  I was ecstatic!  This was working out great!  I gave her my info and anticipated that she would call November 1st to confirm the order.  The next day, Penny called and said her manager said she could go ahead and get the order started.  The customer service they provide is outstanding from the beginning to end.  Delivery was easy and on time.  Prior to my handyman coming to put the bed together, I sent him links to the installation videos.  When he arrived he knew exactly what needed to be done and said he wished every job he did had such easy to follow directions. I almost forgot to add that the Newport bed is beautiful and the quality of the craftsmanship is outstanding! I have nothing but glowing accolades for Wilding Wallbeds.  You definitely get what you pay for!  Thank you for making this such an easy process!
