Really impressed with Wholesale Fireplace. The service was great!

Bill and everyone in the office have been extremely helpful and always ready to answer questions. We knew that we wanted to go with a Vermont Castings stove and we couldn't be happier.
The staff was, of course, very knowledgeable on the stoves and made sure we had the right size stove for our size of house.

Its an awesome stove. And we have zero complaints.

The installers were also great, prompt, professional, and completed all the work expertly and quickly.

Michael was a very honest, professional, knowledgeable, and courteous sales person. Our extremely dated fireplace needed replaced and we wanted to buy local. I appreciated Michael's recommendations and the materials he provided to me to make the best decision.
Bill was very thorough when he came to our home to measure and inspect for the estimate. I liked that there were no surprises and I was provided with ample opportunity for questions. Bill explained every step of the installation process and it worked out exactly as he stated.
The installation team; Zach, Kirk, and Alex, were extremely professional, courteous, and took their time preparing, installing, and cleaning up. They instructed me with how to use the remote, remove the screen, and explained all functions. My family is ecstatic with the results and Zach's recommendations for black finishing tile (tilework provided by Dillabaugh's Flooring America) was spot on!
The project turned out better than anticipated and we were pleased with every step of the process. We receive compliments on our new fireplace frequently! We love the quality and beautiful end results. Thank you!

I was referred to Wholesale Fireplaces, Boise from a family member. He also had recommended Kuma wood stoves. I made contact with Greg at Wholesale Fireplaces. Greg showed me the different options of stoves for our new home that was being built. We chose the Kuma Classic LE wood burner stove. Greg provided the install of piping during the build and the final install in May of 2024. All of which went seamlessly. Well it finally got cool enough this past week, Oct. 17, 2024 and we had our first fire in our Kuma. It worked like a charm. It heated the house nicely. I highly recommend Wholesale Fireplaces. Here are a couple photos, of two fires and one of our stove.

It's rare to find businesses these days that provide this level of service. The staff was wonderful to work with, and also knowledgeable. The installers were quality technicians and did a great job at prep work and installation. If you're looking for a fireplace, I'd highly recommend Wholesale Fireplace. They really do take incredible care of their customers, in addition to having a great showroom of product.

When wanting to shut down our drafty, labor intensive fireplace, I really wanted an eclectic unit rather than a gas unit. I almost bought one on Amazon...and I sure am glad I didn't, and went to Fireplaces of Idaho instead. The Simplifire electric insert is top shelf and a high quality unit. The service is excellent. You can't go wrong choosing this business for all of your fireplace needs.

Their Customer service is outstanding.
We had intermittent problems with the Pellet Stove we purchased from them. One of those issues that "doesn't happen when the repairman is out". But they stood-by their product and service finally discovered the issue and resolved it.
