We searched for six months for a new couch and found WhatARoom pretty early on. We were hesitant to commit because of the price. As a last ditch effort, we drove 8 hours each way from Vegas to check out the showroom and it paid off! We had done the virtual renderings but received additional help with measurements and fabric choices. The couch's production was pretty quick, but the delivery took a while and there weren't many updates. However, with the white glove delivery, we had the couch assembled easily. It looks perfect in our space and exactly what we envisioned when we set out looking for a new couch.

We just received our custom sectional from What A Room and the quality is outstanding! We are beyond thrilled with how everything turned out. The process started by Steven from What A Room creating various renders of what different options would look like in our room. From there, we ordered free swatches which arrived within a few days. We ordered a custom L-Shaped sectional that was exactly to the dimensions that fit perfectly in our room. It was delivered about ~4 weeks from the order date via white-glove delivery - I didn't need to lift a finger. The team at What A Room has been extremely communicative along the way, and the quality is comparable to sectionals that are double the price. Looking forward to having this for many years to come, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend What A Room to anyone in the market for a new sofa or sectional.

I was delighted to discover a place where you can custom create your own high quality sofa quickly (4-6 weeks), and at a great price. The customer service was wonderful and they listened patiently to all my specifications and questions. Upon delivery, there was a sizing issue with my cushions (not being to spec) but they were able to fix it and redeliver the cushions at no charge. Great to work with, endless options, I highly recommend!

We had a great experience purchasing our custom couch ant WhatARoom earlier this year. The whole process went exactly as we expected, communications were clear, and we had great interactions with both the sales staff and delivery people. We even contacted the company again several months after delivery to organize a repair on the couch (completely unrelated to the couch quality/durability) and that process went very smoothly as well. The repaired couch looks just like new! Definitely recommend checking them out!

Great experience with Duy. The stores allows you to mix and match styles on the show floor, and to select fabric. Placed an order mid November and got the couch ahead of schedule 4 weeks later. The installers did a great job and the final product is exactly as hoped.
