I unfortunately had to get a prescription filled here today after having surgery. The lady at the desk said to give them an hour and fifteen minutes. I explained that I live two hours away and she said there was nothing she can do to speed that time up. I come back after an hour and a half she says oh no they haven’t even started working on it yet. I can move it forward but it’s still probably going to be another 30-45 minutes. I just about through my groceries at the woman. What the hell is wrong with this place it’s three pain pills. How hard is that to put in a bottle? Now I am going to be in severe pain on my drive home as the local anesthesia is already wearing off. I will never shop here again. Or any Walgreens for that matter. I wish there was a zero star review option.

I have been to Walgreens too many times to even try and come up with an accurate number over the past 56 years. Today, reminded me why l keep coming back. Thank you to the absolutely wonderful men that were working today. They made an otherwise very difficult day into something positive and fun. And talk about service! Best in the business. Please consider wage increases because you can't afford to try to replace them.

Just drove a two hour round trip for the second time to pick up a prescription was told I’ll have to come back a third time to pick it up. I recommend finding a pharmacy that has their stuff together as they definitely do not.

Bad service. When asking for help in the photo section, a rude young man came and said you push these buttons and then walked off without any explanation. The photos I ended up getting were cut off no one there to help so the next time I came to town I had to go to Walgreens again. I tried to get my money back for the cut off pictures . They would not do that, I also had when paying two coins were stuck together and they said because the coins were stuck together that they could not take my cash very rude people. I will avoid Walgreens to the best of my ability.

Absolutely awful experience at this location. Placed a pick up order this morning and went into to figure out the issue. They acted like I was crazy and said I never put in the order. Richard in particular was very rude to my children whom I never even wanted to bring into the store but since I was spending so much energy trying to get someone to help me I was unable to stay on top of them. Come to find out the system was down. Even when the manager called me back he was beyond u helpful and had knowledge the system was down.

I've been trying to talk to someone in the pharmacy for over an hour. I've called multiple times, get put in hold queue, then after 10-15 minutes it's my turn and the phone just rings and rings, til eventually someone on their end hangs it up. I realize they may be busy, but that's unacceptable.

Edit: Apparently i've done this already. Original review says it was a year ago. It's now 5:40pm Tuesday October 8th 2024. I was on hold for twenty minutes and then it rang and rang. I wasn't about to hang up and go on hold again for another 20 mins...but guess what...they picked up and hung up again. This is the worst customer service of all time. You don't deserve to be in business.

If you can’t help the person in the drive thru in 10 minutes why not have them come back. To have 7 cars waiting while you do whatever is just bad business.
