Was so excited to purchase some high quality Australian furniture through the Viesso online store but was bitterly disappointed when two of the chairs came broken and their customer support went missing. After contacting them, they said the problem wasn’t their fault, they didn’t offer a number to call or even a name of the person who was providing the support and then stopped responding over email altogether. Maybe their in-store experience is good but their online experience and level of customer service is woeful. 1 star is generous.

EDIT: In response to the company’s comment below. I ordered the outdoor furniture in June (Summer) and it arrived 6 months later in December (Winter) when I was on vacation in Australia. When I returned in February is when I opened the boxes for the first time and saw the damage. Their request to inspect the delivery immediately is only reasonable if they had delivered the items within a reasonable timeframe.

Horrendous customer service. They've been ignoring my emails for a month regarding broken hardware on one of my pieces. A year ago, when another piece of furniture broke, the person they sent to fix it stole $500 cash from my desk. This company is a huge red flag.

EDIT: The company's response below is not accurate. They didn’t tell me they were shipping a replacement part so we never confirmed an address or had any kind of conversation about it. They didn't tell me it was being replaced, that it was getting shipped, to which address, nor did they provide a tracking number. Their "resolution" occurred entirely without my knowledge and therefore they shipped it to the wrong address. Instead of offering to ship to the right address, they simply told me they won’t help me any further.

They simply don’t communicate. I still do not have the hardware and the issue is not resolved. They have been ignoring all follow up emails and refuse to communicate with me further. I spent over $10k with this company and they could so easily keep a customer happy by simply communicating with me, but they choose not to.

I purchased our Viesso Rio sectional four years ago. I can summarize our Viesso experience as good, bad, and ugly. Good: the ordering experience was great. The options and cost to customize dimensions and depth are now less expensive and widely available, but not so at the time. The salesperson was responsive, friendly and helpful. Bad: delivery wasn't on time. Said salesperson couldn't (didn't?) do anything, the delivery company blamed Viesso, I didn't have a sofa for holiday visitors, and nobody cared. Ugly: overall look of the sofa is terrible. The "performance" medium gray Homespun Thimble fabric underperformed. It was an extra 1K, pilled terribly within the first six months, twisted strangely around the largest seating cushion, and became impossible to clean. Even clear water left a stain. We (Florida residents) actually dropped into the store to discuss these issues while in LA for work. The staff barely looked up, said our salesperson wasn't there and returned to their own discussion. In summary, I wish I would have spent our money elsewhere. The sofa looked ratty so quickly.

I had a wonderful experience with Viesso from the start. The sales associate I worked with walked me through every step of the process. He was always quick to reply to emails and phone calls as well. The sectional and ottoman we designed are perfect for our home! I was very nervous about making such a large purchase without actually seeing it first but my worries were lessened by being able to get answers quickly to all my questions. I was provided with information on all the fabrics and foams of our sectional. Overall, I am more than satisfied! I would recommend this to anyone wanting furniture free of flame retardants/chemicals and great quality. Every time we have guests over our sectional is admired! Viesso is the way to go!

First rate material, great people, great delivery and installation. We have had custom couches and beds made by the wonderful people of Viesso, and the quality and professionalism is first rate. I have a day bed in my home office that is as comfortable and elegant as anything I could want. Cannot speak highly enough of these wonderful people and products.

I bought 5 Wiam dining chairs made in USA. The quality is good and the design is great. They look beautiful in the dining area. My family and friends also like them. A few emails were not responded very quickly and needed to call them to follow but overall the customer service is good. Daniel is helpful. Will consider to buy more furnitures from Viesso.
