I had the pleasure of visiting this Versace store, and I must say, the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the most courteous and attentive staff. The store's ambiance exudes luxury and sophistication, perfectly reflecting the Versace brand.

The products displayed are bit restricted though, I had to show on my phone what I wanted to buy (even if the item is part of the new collection).
Otherwise, Dolores, the woman how helped me, went above and beyond to ensure that my visit was memorable. I look forward to returning on my next trip to Las Vegas.

This was my first time in a Versace store. I’ve only purchased online prior to this. I was greeted and felt very welcome from the moment we walked in. Juan assisted me, he was so friendly and helpful, and even took my info so that I could quickly get a bag that’s coming out soon. I made a small purchase and I would return to this location.

Definitely the worst customer service ever encountered so disappointing for a luxury store who doesn’t know how to value their clients and have simple respect towards people who walk through those doors. Client advisors with disgusting attitude towards people is this what this brand is representing? Is this how you treat people who come to your store to help your company and store? If you plan on shopping at this location and see a Asian lady walk the other way because she will not only talk to you rolling her eyes but give you the worse attitude possible. When asked for her name wouldn’t even give it to me truly such a deflating experience.
