Horrible Experience – DO NOT Buy from Valyou Furniture!
I wish I had read more reviews before wasting my money on this company. I ordered the Amora Sofa for $4,500, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. On top of that, I had issues with two other orders, where they sent me damaged items and delayed my sofa delivery for months. After a ridiculous 4-month wait, I finally received my sofa—only to realize that the real problems were just beginning.

Within a couple of months, the sofa started making loud squeaky noises, which is completely unacceptable for something at this price point. I contacted customer service, and they did everything they could to avoid taking responsibility. First, they tried to brush me off with excuses, acting as if the issue wasn’t real. After weeks of frustrating back-and-forth arguments, they finally agreed to send me a replacement.

But guess what? That was almost 4 months ago, and I’m still waiting. Every time I reach out, I get the same scripted response—they don’t have a delivery date and can’t tell me when (or if) my replacement will ever arrive. Before their AI bot tries to gaslight me again, I’m attaching screenshots of our conversations as proof!

This company is a scam. Their customer service is a joke, their products are cheap and poorly made, and they couldn’t care less about their customers once they take your money. If you’re thinking about buying from Valyou Furniture—DON’T DO IT. You’ll regret it. Invest your money in a company that actually values its customers and delivers quality furniture.

A SCAM COMPANY!!!!

I bought the table Opal Dining Table - Brown / Medium x 1 on their website, the review seems legit on their website.

I received the table after a week. The quality is so DISAPPOINTING. Everything was wrong about this table; the design, the material is totally different from the website. It said “crafted with premium oak wood”
It’s not, my wood carpenter said “it’s 100% pine”

You can see from the pictures. I requested to return the table, they charged me $160 for the shipping which it’s bad product and not my fault!!!
Now it’s been 3 weeks and they haven’t refund back to my card. They keep saying their system have errors. This is RIDICULOUS. I never had any issues with other company when I return items

Don’t waste your money and time on this company!
Go with Article or Sundays! Easy return and their customer service is amazing

Ordered a couch in Florida. Was highly concerned based on a lot of bad reviews, but we had a friend with the same couch and had to have it.

All the reviews turned out to be untrue. We received our furniture timely, in perfect shape, and customer service tended immediately to our every concern (and there were a lot after we read the reviews).

Really was a fine experience. And now we have an awesome, comfortable couch. Highly recommend.

This company is horrible. I bought a table. It’s delivered, open the boxes to find that it’s severely damaged. Scratched table top. Two of three legs crack where they are stable enough to stand. See pics. I complain to have a replacement processed, and they say it’s obsolete and I got the last one. Really? What luck. After back and forth for weeks, they finally give me a refund, but get this, it doesn’t include shipping or tax. They made hundreds off me for what looks to be a used table. Horrible. Stay clear of these scammers. I will never buy from them again, EVER. I’ll stick with Amazon. At least they have good customer service.
