Valley was one of the recommended vendors for TOTO, and they were the only ones to offer installation, which made the process seamless. Charles was incredibly helpful with the sale, providing all the information we needed, and John, hands down one of the best plumbers in the city, did a flawless job with the installation. John Martin and his team renovated our apartment after a massive flood -- from reconstructing bathroom and kitchen to new closets, bookshelves, flooring, etc. He coordinated all plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry, etc. We were extraordinarily pleased with the final results. When two years later, the adjoining apartment became available, the first person I called was John who came to inspect it. I trusted his expertise on what would be needed and a year later, we have a beautiful expanded home. John's attention to detail, his creativity, honesty, his acknowledgement of and fixing mistakes, however minor, and his understanding of the present and future needs of his clients are valuable assets. A word of caution: John/Valley Design Center is highly in demand so you need to be patient but quality of the work is, in the end, worth it.

We purchased a TOTO Washlet for our primary bathroom. Valley was one of the recommended vendors for TOTO and only one to offer installation. IMHO bypass the TOTO showroom and go straight to VDC. More helpful, more informed and great customer service!

I had the absolute pleasure of coming across Valley Design Center during a remodel we were undergoing. We needed an extra piece for our cabinets and it would have taken 9-15 weeks if we ordered it directly from the manufacturer.
