I recently had the pleasure of working with Jess from Urban Lights, and I must say, she was absolutely fantastic! My mom and I were completely clueless when it came to choosing lights for my home. We didn't have any specific style in mind, and we were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the vast options available.

However, Jess came to our rescue and turned our chaotic shopping experience into a smooth and efficient process. Get ready to see a ton of lights in this place. This place has a ton of various lights related to your style of lighting indoors and outdoors with great staff. We picked up a light here and the will call staff were great and easy to deal with. We have been here in the past and it has been a great experience with the team. Highly recommend this place for lighting!

The staff, especially Madison, was very helpful throughout the process of purchasing under-cabinet lighting for our kitchen remodel. From the initial purchase, through returning items, and in particular obtaining a fixture that was originally thought to be on back-order for 4 months. I highly recommend this establishment!

First of all, we were impressed by the selection of modern fixtures. It’s always so much better to see it live vs. buying online, which we’ve found to be risky for lighting! When we got there, everything was 40% off, which is an impressive deal. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and Amber helped us purchase our selection. She handled the transaction with care- ensuring we had enough wiring for 18 ft. ceiling vs. just assuming we knew! From there- she had great attention to detail, noticing some discrepancies in the specs vs. what the information sheet actually stated. She contacted the manufacturer to get the actual info, and kept us informed on shipping status. To round out a great experience, when the box didn’t fit our car, she arranged a delivery right to our house. Would highly recommend, and we’ll be coming back in the future for additional lighting projects!

I came to this lighting store on New Year’s Eve with my husband. The front desk lady warned us about being busy and short staffed, which was completely fine with us because we were just looking…. needed inspiration for the new home we closed on. No knock to her- she is very nice! Can’t remember her name unfortunately. Older, possibly of Hispanic decent- VERY kind lady.

Walking around the show room we get to the Minka Aire section, directly in front of a register with two female employees sitting and chit chatting. One was an older blonde and I believe Shonda(?) and the other was a brunette thin millennial female, who was quite possibly THE dimmest light in the entire showroom. Her comments, albeit minimal, almost set me in a “Pretty Woman” rage. I asked for the brand name of the fan above us all, and her immediate response was you’re not going to find it anywhere else online, let alone cheaper.

Challenge accepted A-hole.

Not only did I find it online at Amazon, Lamps Plus, Wayfair and a slew of other places, I ALSO found it cheaper.

What infuriated both my husband and I was her misinformation and stupidity and curtness. First of all how do you know what we can or can’t afford. Don’t reference you’re not going to find it cheaper online. I can barely see it functioning in your showroom. Secondly, you just told us to be careful and gentle when we turn the fan on, so truly we couldn’t experience was it would be like in our home. Third, when my husband asked where’s the light? And you say there is no light, but the remote control you gave him has a button for LIGHT, it’s confusing and frustrating.

Please get educated on your products, your brands, and maybe in customer service.

Impressive lighting selection. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the sales staff. They were unfriendly, uninterested and unavailable. I went there prepared to spend a large amount of money. Wasn't able to get any assistance on a quiet day. A very disappointing experience.
