I was going back and forth between a few major brands of lift desks. I am making my own Walnut top from a slab measuring 84"x36"x2" for the desk and needed assistance to ensure I had the correct products for my application. My experience with Uplift has been fantastic. Specifically their customer service. I had a dent in the topside of my new desk which is the largest version they offer. With the price of the desk, I was expecting pristine condition.

Akilah Hicks from their customer support team quickly got a replacement shipped AND allowed me to keep the dented desktop with a discount code for a frame to gift to family/ a friend.

It was great customer service. Especially since I’ve been dealing with terrible customer service from other companies lately. Refreshing.

This was a great experience! I happened to find UPLIFT while looking online for a standing desk and was thrilled they have a Chicago showroom.
I built my desk online and then was able to visit the showroom to review my choices.

I had the pleasure of working with Aida. He was incredibly helpful and very patient with all my questions. He asked a lot of good questions when it came to the accessories. He didn’t try to “oversell” which made me want to buy more.

The pricing is very reasonable and fair especially for the quality of the product.

This was truly an unexpected, wonderful desk shopping experience.
I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

I purchased the UPLIFT Standing Desk V2 online. The ordering process was very simple with every option available having a description about it. That helped me choose which options were right for me.

When the desk arrived, the delivery company did not do the best job with handling the boxes. Two items were damaged in transit. I contacted UPLIFT and replacement parts were shipped out ASAP.

My favorite feature is the Advanced Paddle Keypad memory function. I am able set the sit and stand position and it goes to it every time. Love it.

I would recommend this desk if you are in the market for an electric desk.

I ordered the Locking Under Desk Drawer with Shelf [Industrial Style] to go with my Saman hardwood live edge desk top on the V2 C frame in the industrial style. The drawer is awesome, sturdy, and adds to the function and beauty of the desk. Aidarous was knowledgeable about the Uplift products and offered great advice.
