What a pleasant experience. Both the owners were on hand to answer questions with no pressure whatsoever!! Very nice showroom with tons of products. TUF Flooring was recommended by a friend that works in the flooring industry. They are very knowledgeable and don’t push the most expensive products they carry, but rather what they think best match your needs. Rare these day’s, especially in the flooring biz. Don’t pass this place up!

Price was good, but I suppose you get what you pay for. After less than a year, the LVP flooring we had installed in my office started to curl up at the edges from the office chair rolling on it. Additionally, when they sold it to us, they assured me it was waterproof, but water absolutely can seep through the seams between the panels, ESPECIALLY now that they are curling up. I don't know if this was a low quality product, or if the install job was done poorly, but either way, it's only a year later and I will probably have to have it all replaced.

Look elsewhere, even if it means paying more.

Installers were inexperienced, not stretching or laying or trimming the carpet correctly. Thankfully I have a friend who came and helped them with the install, they were ruining &8,000 in product. Jeremy the owner was so rude and disrespectful when we tried to discuss the matter, said it wasn’t his problem that I asked someone to help. Basically called me a liar when I was calmly and nicely telling him what happened. Swore and hung up.

We recently completed 2 bathroom remodels and Marcella was so much help! I was overwhelmed with tile options and she helped us pick out everything from the tile, to the grout, the new paint color and our new linear shower drain. Products arrived exactly on time (our contractor installed the tile). I can't say enough great things about my experience at Tuf Flooring.

Showed up on time for install, even after being rescheduled 3 times. Found the species of hardwood I was looking for, even though there's only 2 mills in U.S. that produced it. Beautiful finished product. I would us again and will recommend.

Giving this business a 2 star for a couple of reasons. I will say the carpet installers were excellent. There were a few issues with the LVP; including not laying the appropriate material between the concrete and the LVP.
I pointed out an area with water damage and offered to get materials to repair the subfloor. I was told they had it on the truck. The installer put the LVP down without repairing which resulted in a boggy spot that had to be repaired and the LVP reinstalled. The company did send the installers back to fix the issues. One irritation is that some of the installers, when marking the floor with pencil, didn’t remove the marks. Some of the lines were easily 4 inches long, could have been made much smaller and removed rather than leaving it for the clients. There were some items on the invoice we didn’t receive and some items overordered. (4 boxes LVP that couldn’t be returned for purchase cost seemed like a bit much). We talked on the phone with the owner to understand credits and charges on the adjusted invoice; it seemed the owner lost patience. He informed us we could pay what we thought was fair and they would settle the difference, which implied court. The invoice is paid in full. Would not consider using this business again.

These guys did a great job at a great price. The installers were very knowledgeable and friendly. They got it done in one day.

There was a problem with the manufacturer which set the job back a few days. TUF floors was very busy at this time but they made room in their schedule to make up for the manufactures mistake. Now that's good customer service.

They installed my carpet poorly...it bunched up after 2 yrs in a low traffic room. I called a few years later to ask how much they would charge to fix it. (I figured it had been too long for warranty). They never bothered to even return my call. The person who did repair it for me told me it was due to "a lazy installation job".
