Muy amable atención y eficiencia de los que laboran ahí, en particular con el asesor (Lease Manager) de ventas Sumit Banerjee, posteriormente con Assistant Sales Manager Cody Shott, muy bueno en su labor y despues con la señorita Olga Gavrilov, lo único que si me di cuenta con ella fue que no uso su máscara ayer ni hoy, en fin. Al último otro caballero nos atendió, desafortunadamente no se su nombre pero fue una agradable experiencia en esta agencia a excepción por lo de la máscara y no mantener la distancia adecuada al no usarla. I recently bought a Toyota Highlander Platinum Hybrid from Toyota on the Trail and I have to say the whole experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the team was friendly, professional and genuinely focused on making sure I was happy with my purchase.

A big shoutout to Bush who took the time to walk me through every feature of the Highlander platinum and compare with other trims . He was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured. I never felt like I was being pushed into anything, which made the whole experience stress-free.

I also want to thank Tae, who was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped me arrange the test drive and kept me updated throughout the entire process from the vehicle’s arrival to delivery. His constant communication and coordination made everything so smooth and easy. I always knew what was happening, and that gave me great peace of mind.

On the finance side, Kavel and Vik were amazing. They worked hard to get me the best possible financing options and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Harold Lee was an amazing dealer to work with. Very kind and friendly. Easy to talk to. His explanations of the car were great. He was honest and genuinely helpful with the questions I had. I would recommend him to friends and family. In regards to the manager who finalized my deal I have to say I did not get much of any help on my car. Did not budge on the price. Walked away with free tire installation and free etching (which I didn’t want). Thank you to Sandra the finance manager who gave me $10 off my payments and free 7 year glass coverage. You were very nice as well. 🙂
