I am so glad I came to Townsend Showroom for my bathroom remodel project. While other places had similar products, the biggest difference for me was customer service. Both Edward and Ada were fantastic to work with. Edward is a true professional who’s knowledgeable and eager to help us find what we need. He’s a good listener, can quickly point us to the right direction, and provided many helpful suggestions for us to narrow things down. For the bath tub I initially had one idea, but after listening to Edward and trying out a different one, I ended up going with what Edward suggested and I’m so happy I did! It was the perfect fit for my space and needs, way better than my own idea. Edward knows about plumbing and made sure I got the pieces needed for passing inspections. I had a major issue with the drain installation. Edward patiently helped me to problem solve and eventually had something custom made for me which worked much better. Throughout the whole process, communication with Edward and Ada was as smooth as can be. Edward has been very responsive, replying to inquiries clearly and superfast, which was crucial. Ada gave timely heads up on deliveries so I could plan. All in all, Townsend Showroom was a wonderful business to work with. I recommend them wholeheartedly and will definitely go back to them for any future projects.

After visiting other stores, my contractor brought me to Townsend Showroom. The Showroom is exactly that -- everything is displayed beautifully so that I had a good idea of what my bathrooms would look like. Ed definitely knows plumbing. Ed and Ada make you feel welcome and spend their time with you making knowledgeable suggestions based on what you tell them. If they don't have an item in the Showroom, they have catalogs and know them as well. The inventory selection is top-notch, their pricing is very competitive, and their service is above and beyond. I highly recommend Townsend Showroom to all. As soon as my bathrooms are completed, I will attach photos.

Great selection and even better service. Communication was prompt and helpful. When a small part went missing during construction Townsend helped us to source this quickly. They also hold parts in their warehouse until needed - this is really convenient.

We went into Townsend just to explore what they might have for our master bathroom remodel. We were greeted by Edward who quickly impressed us. Edward has a thorough knowledge of his products and was able to quickly help us determine what was the best for our project. He also helped us stay within our budget. When we had questions here and there about a product during installation, he quickly responded to our questions. We purchased all of our bathroom appliances from him and are now ordering more for a 2nd bathroom remodel.

When I visited the showroom, Edward pointed me to the bath fixture I tried to describe and gave me a copy of the specs. I was also able to take a copy of specs of other bathroom appliances I was considering for refurbishing my bathroom. When I called a few days later for prices and timelines, he was very responsive and helpful in placing my order with all the parts needed to successfully install the appliances, even responding to emails with questions on the weekend - he was literally available 24/7! Although I asked these questions as I thought of them on the weekend, I did not expect a response until the next business day and was surprised and thankful for his prompt reply. My experience with Townsend was professional, smooth, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them!

What a gem! Edward was pleasant to work with. He’s patient and will go beyond and above to help clients. If there’s a particular model you like but the store doesn’t carry, Edward will order for you. Excellent quality, service and good value for luxury products. Our go to store for finish materials!

Great experience. Was hoping to get a specific Hansgrohe faucet in a specific finish ASAP. I called The Townsend Showroom and they had no problem fulfilling my order quickly and getting me the faucet by the next morning (they admitted I got a bit lucky in my timing as they get regular Hansgrohe deliveries MWF, I believe). Price was very good. When I went to pick up the faucet at the showroom, service was fast and efficient and showroom seemed very nice.
