This is the second time we have used Dan Hussey and his team at Totally Floored for new flooring for our home. This time to replace ceramic tile with luxury vinyl flooring. They made it easy to decide on what we really wanted and brought samples to our home and then matched baseboard to the new vinyl flooring. The price was very competitive as we expected. The install team did a wonderful job, very professional and efficient. My wife and I would highly recommend Totally Floored.

Fantastic sales and installation!! We chose to have our complete home done with new flooring. So we had to have all the old flooring ripped out and new put in. They have a great team of sales people to help us pick out the right floor for our budget and their installers were incredible and did a fantastic job putting it all in for us in 3 days!! 👏
We are so happy, thanks to Dan, Chris, Tony and his awesome crew of people that made it happen!!

Gavino was awesome, I did a lot of shopping around, price for install was pretty much the exact same all over Prescott valley, the big thing was for the price per sqft of flooring I was looking at, I was able to get much better quality a totally floored , they came out for the estimate within a day of me going in, and after I decided to move forward , they were doing the install about a week later, the installers were also amazing, the removed carpet and did my luxury vinyl plank flooring in 2000 sqft in a day and a half, it was amazing. Awesome communication the whole way through. Would highly recommend

Had a great experience with the entire Totally Floored team. Had vinyl rolled flooring installed in an exterior covered patio. Love the herringbone pattern we chose. Looks like real planking. The installer (I believe his name was Abraham?) was very meticulous and ensured the vinyl pieces were cut perfectly to meet the baseboard trim as there was no option to remove the existing metal baseboard which was part of the patio enclosure. Very satisfied with the result.

We purchased some tile almost 6 years ago to do a kitchen remodel. We needed replacement tiles and found out the company selling the tiles is based out of Mexico now, and no longer does business in the US. Wayne located some exact tile replacement for us in Tucson, and his follow-up to find and replace the tiles was absolutely incredible service. Turns out Wayne was the same person who ordered our original tile for us in 2018. We are more than pleased with the excellent service and assistance we received by Wayne at Totally Floored.
Excellent customer service and products, that says it all.

I was new to the area and in a rush to get my flooring done. I reached out via the contact us option and selected my preferred contact method was text. Ryan responded and was amazing from the start. I worked with Ryan, Dan & Gavino at the store and everyone was professional, kind, and attentive to my needs. The installers were top notch and worked hard to fulfill the time line. They worked feverishly in cold weather and were professional and clean. I would highly recommend this team to anyone looking for flooring. They also have beautiful rugs! I will do business with this store again. Very impressed and satisfied with my floors, and the customer service is the best ever! Thank you!!!
