We could not have been happier with our experience with Total Bathrooms. From the initial consultation we had with Andy until the day all the goods arrived, we were impressed by the professionalism of all the staff we met. We were especially pleased with the ease of obtaining a quote and the decent turnaround time for supply of goods. Also, we were blown away by the showroom, the reasonable pricing and their huge range of stock - other companies we visited just couldn't compare on any of these points. Andy was particularly helpful when it came to designing our new bathroom, it was clear he had a great depth of knowledge of which products and which would fit well in the space we were working with. Although Total Bathrooms don't have their own fitters, they were able to recommend a great team to us who communicated with them about the design ahead of meeting us at the property, which was great. We absolutely love our new bathroom and would happily recommend Total Bathrooms to anyone embarking on a bathroom renovation project.

Lee is incredibly knowledgeable and did a fantastic job designing my three bathrooms from scratch, his friendly nature and great customer service made the experience throughly enjoyable! We have been customers of Total Bathrooms before but this was the first time we used the design service. The process from start to finish was absolutely excellent. Dave (Chard) was knowledgeable, helpful, good humoured and showed endless patience as we worked through the design process and the choosing of products. He went above and beyond when a product supplier let us down and did everything he could to redeem a potentially stressful situation. A shout out to Tash and Tom too who know everything about every product and are both really impressive in their customer focus. We never felt under pressure, there was no ‘selling’ and we now have a beautiful bathroom with which we couldn’t be more delighted. We chose one of Total Bathroom’s recommended fitters (Andre) who was not only superb but liaised directly with TB which was hugely helpful.

It's not often you come across a business that gets it so right! The customer experience is superb. The showroom and choice of products are excellent. All the staff are without exception friendly and helpful (their knowledge about bathrooms is incredible). To top it all it’s dog friendly. We are very lucky to have this business in Bath and can’t recommend it highly enough.

I was delighted with the experience of purchasing a bathroom from Total Bathrooms. It was for a tricky space in a period building. Andy Webb was just superb and a total professional in designing a bathroom and helping me to select furniture and other accessories to fit the small space that matched my wishes ( and was similar to one in the showroom ) . He made everything very easy and was concerned more about meeting my needs and wishes than just selling . Andy was also unfailingly cheerful and unflappable producing the drawings which we amended following discussion in a couple of respects and nothing was too much trouble . Once I had decided on the final order Total then crucially are willing to recommend fitters and once an estimate has been agreed dovetail the delivery with the fitter’s availability. Aqua Bathrooms provided a prompt estimate , great front office staff and a superb fitter Richard Nash who stripped the bathroom to its foundations ( and solved the drainage problem )and then built the beautiful luxurious bathroom on top with a beautiful finish . It is such a pleasure to use already . Once it is painted it will be perfect ?

Having scoured the area for bathroom showrooms, Total Bathrooms the stand out compared with all the others including the national chains. Really helpful supportive with great advice and guidance and respecting budget constrains. Ive had a perfect bathroom fitted that meets my needs; today and in the years to come. I couldn't be more pleased and the support given from initial enquiry through to design ordering delivery and subsequent fitting was exemplary. Eddie was very friendly and helpfull throughout all the stages aswell as rest of team. Had few problems which they sorted out for us and as a apology for wot went wrong gave us a black overflow for sink at no cost .def recommend total bathrooms
