Grant the catchier gave us exceptional service. We were about to pay $1.50 for cups to spit our sunflower seeds into, but when he realized what was going on, he made us makeshift cups instead saving us the additional cost. More than I would have expected from a cashier.

Additionally, the gas at the Chevron was the cheapest on our route from Utah to Idaho Falls. It was cheaper than all the other gas stations nearby, and at other freeway exits.

It should also be noted that the convenience store was about as clean as normal and offered all the things we would have wanted.

On a trip down to Utah we decided to stop here because of the low gas price and while completing our transaction my total on the credit card reader said 52.46 and the manager herself who was my cashier, told my my total was 57.74. I gave her 58 in cash and made sure I got my receipt. She had entered into the computer than I had given her 53 in cash and gave me 54 cents back in change. When I let her know I needed 5 dollars of course she didn't argue, she knew she was wrong. And to top it off my gas was put on the wrong pump. Dishonest and willing to take advantage of their customers.

Stopped here for a pit stop. Went into their restroom and immediately was overwhelmed by the overflowing trash and paper towels all over the floor. Went into the stall to find the toilet completely clogged and no toilet paper and no paper towels to dry your hands. Came out to the cash register to pay for some drink and tell him about the bathroom but he was no where in sight. Stood there for 10+ minutes and still nothing. Put the drinks back and left. Whoever was working the 1-6-19 night shift around 11 should be fired. I will not be returning here, ever.

If you want to spend 200 dollars, be trested like you are putting the cashier out by asking for a pencil because they are out.. this is the place. Never had a more rude cashier in all the years we have came here. Told my husband to push his items forward because he wouldnt reach forward to take them. Took our money to the very nice gas station a few hundred yards west of this place. Was treated with awesome customer service there and it will be the only place we come from now on. Would give a negative star to Top Stop if it would let me.

As clean as you can expect and the bathrooms were stocked well. Plenty of snacks and with a Burger King attached you could get something to satisfy the fast food lover on your soul. The music was really loud in the bathroom. This is fine if you are at a rave but the bathroom at the Top Stop in Malad is not where I wanna get down.

I am a local from around the valley and I am not happy the least bit with the Burger King side.every time we go in there to order suasage biscuits they are out,yet never tell you while ordering always after waiting for your order then to be told.the last time it happen the manager was working and yet did not inform employees about it like a manager should be,I just think it's the fact they are lazy and don't want to have to make up any more for this to be an ongoing problem. Just as if they did run out like they claim every time I stop in.then why is it that no one is fixing the problem or back ordering enough so they don't run out. All I can say is the Chevron top stop in malad,Idaho is the worst Burger King I've ever delt with and I will never go back again.just as the manager there was not professional about how it all got handled either and we happen to be general management over stations in Idaho therefore know the business of running fast food as well and keeping customers happy.

Old lady working front desk coughing up a storm very gross Doesn’t even cover her mouth so screw covid huh ? Also coughed inside my bag with my kids snacks like you guys seriously need to do better . At least the bathrooms where semi clean . Going to be nice and not post her picture her but seriously just nasty
