We recently completed a major kitchen renovation with Top Builder, and the results are absolutely stunning! Our kitchen needed an update, but we also had a vision of opening up the space by removing two walls to create a more modern, flowing kitchen and living area. This was a significant undertaking that required a structural engineer, installation of a large steel beam for support and reinforcement in the basement footers.
I have had many projects done over the years and met with many companies trying to figure out the best one for this renovation. I was ambivalent about the others I met, but from the initial consultation with Andy and Lucia, I knew right away that they were the team I wanted to work with. Andy began with measurements and Lucia and I started discussing design ideas. From that first day to the final walkthrough, the entire team was an absolute pleasure to work with. They were professional, proactively communicative, and always willing to answer our questions and address any concerns we had. They clearly explained each step of the process, kept us informed of the timeline with emails and calendar invites, and managed the project efficiently, completing the project on time. We are so happy with the work, and how it came out. Many thanks to Andy and Denis for making it look so beautiful and for such a smooth process!

Another special shout-out goes to Lucia, whose design expertise was invaluable. After discussions about current and future trends, and reviewing Pinterest boards, she was able to perfectly capture what I was envisioning into a 3D rendering before it was finally brought to life! She shared what she saw in other projects in the area, which details brought design value to the space, helped us choose the perfect colors, cabinets, appliances, sink, hardware, etc. Lastly, I was hoping to add an arch somewhere into the design, but had given up on that idea early on. She offered a creative solution for an arched built-in in an unexpected location with shelving that matched the range hood. It ultimately became my favorite element of the renovation. She has an impeccable eye for design and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable working with her.

The kitchen is now the heart of our home, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of the workmanship and the final result. Top Builder truly transformed our space and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and talented team for their home renovation project. They exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful to them and look forward to working with them on future projects!

5 stars, wish we can give 10 stars! Can't say enough good things about Andy and Lucia. We bought new construction homes before, this is the first time we took on a whole house remodeling project. We remodeled close to 4,000 sqft, full kitchen gut, new built-ins for dining room and family room, removed walls, raised the sunken living room floor whole house hardwoods, custom designed iron stair railings, and four custom bathroom remodels. After meeting with three firms, Top Builders presented a competitive bid plus the opportunity to work with a designer - a first for us - and the highlight of the whole project.

We've never worked with a designer, and we were so impressed by Lucia. We came into the design process with a starter idea "mood board" and she dove into it to help us refine and unify the design. She was patient, communicative, respected our individual ideas, expanded those ideas into areas we didn't consider, and I think we even stretched her based on designs I've seen while traveling and online - ask them about the LED light strip in our primary shower!

We're so pleased that Lucia and Top Builders have been nominated for a prestigious kitchen design award with our kitchen remodel project, the winner to be announced at a national conference in Las Vegas this coming February - we're rooting for you! I can't forget to give kudos and hearty thank yous to Andy, Dennis, and the entire construction team. The project was very detailed and organized, everything was scheduled perfectly, they finished on time with no budget surprises, they handled change orders and small design shifts with professionalism and a can-do attitude, and they came back on-time for follow up punch list items.

This project turned out so beautiful that we'll be here for a long time! If you're considering a project like ours, or any size, you can't go wrong giving them a chance, you'll be as pleased as we are!

They provided high quality CAD renderings and work with my wife and me to refine and finalize the plans quickly. We love Top Builders and are completely satisfied with the remodeling of our bathroom and laundry room. The entire process, from initial consultation to the completion of the project, was smooth, well-communicated, and efficient. Mary Ellen made the design experience easy and gave excellent recommendations. Denis and his team were efficient, professional and did quality work. They always showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves every night before leaving. Andy regularly checked up with us to assess the progress and always answered questions promptly.
The renovation was completed on schedule. There were some extra costs along the way, but they were justified.

We used Top Builders to remodel two bathrooms and replace flooring in our upstairs and we selected them as we were looking for a contractor that would do both design and build and provide high quality work. The design experience with Mary Ellen was great as she understood our vision and style right away and helped us make excellent choices. Andy and his team were super responsive to any issues that popped up during construction (and even after the job ended!) and handled everything right away. Andy and his team did exceptional work finishing our basement several years ago.
