Adam and I believe it was Justin were great, very patient and got me all set up. I have been meaning to switch from At &t for a while, and finally did it, way better customer service and better vibe, I will say they pushed the highest and best plan a little too much, I'd prefer they would more willingly walk me through the others, I had to force them, which isn't fun as a customer. So they need to listen and not have the agenda of pushing the highest and "best" of plan, let us have a choice.

Bernardo is right, this store is a mess.

We recently stopped by to get our Tmobile Tuesday free items, something we’ve done at this location before no problem. Usually they have a table set up outside so they can fudge their metrics, but today they did not. THREE different workers ignored my wife for several minutes as they just stood there and talked (only one other customer in the store). Should be a quick in and out visit right? Wrong. After well over 5 minutes of being ignored, she walked out and handed me the phones while she sat with the crying baby. I went and let them know why we were there. “Oh we don’t get the Tmobile Tuesday items,” is what I was told. That’s a blatant lie. Thank you for wasting our time and being dishonest too.

The customer service was by far the best I’ve ever had, I’m originally from California and the difference was clear as day, all the works welcomed me in and were ready to help, I had a worker named Jared who was friendly and helpful and explained everything to me perfectly I will definitely go there again if I ever have more questions!

As an ole lady, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the folks in the Rexburg, Idaho T-Mobile store! I switched from Verizon and have had great success getting all my questions answered and being shown more of how to use my new phone! My most recent experience was with Matt and his boss Justin, both of whom were great helps with my questions! It is really good to know that such wonderful help is so close! 😊

Went in to T-Mobile to switch from Verizon, would highly recommend to anyone currently with Verizon. We were able to get an amazing plan with awesome discounts and added bonuses. Cody was the employee that helped us and he kept everything simple and got us switched over with ease. Just go into the store and ask about switching over, they will take care of you.

I had the worst experience with T-Mobile at this location. I went with my sister about a year ago and the promise of a smooth trade-in process for our old phones in exchange for new iPhones turned out to be a series of letdowns, the promotion said we could get $400 off if we exchanged our old iPhones for the new ones but the promotion was never applied. Despite multiple calls and visits to the store, the issue persists.The manager applied a one-time discount, but it fell short of resolving the problem, and the regional manager, who was supposed to contact us, never did. Even when we requested our old phones back, T-Mobile claimed it wasn't possible. Now, we find ourselves having to call T-Mobile every month to address the issue, yet nothing seems to be getting resolved. The latest development is being told we have to pay for the new phones in full. This lack of accountability and follow-through has been incredibly frustrating. I hope T-Mobile addresses these issues promptly to improve their customer service.
