The place is a joke. Went in to troubleshoote issues with my phone and was told I qualified for a free upgrade. Traded in my completely paid off S23 Ultra and ended up owing $1,300 for my "free phone". Went in to ask why and they said sorry it's business tactics. Service is decent great internet but if I could give zero stars overall I would. DO NOT LET THEM SWINDLE YOU!!!! Free definitely isn't free at all then they try and double talk you and make you think it's something you did. Unfortunately that doesn't work on intelligent people. Also I just wanted to add that I was asked to email them to talk about the issues and never received any response. Complete joke, zero stars doesn't even cover how terrible they are!

My phone was having issues and I had to get a new one. I am always so pleased every time I have to go into the Lewiston Idaho branch . The employees greet everyone that walks thru the door and they are always upbeat and friendly. Today I had the pleasure of being assisted by a young man named Kit. He's only been working there for about 2 months but he knew exactly what to do. After my time there I feel like I made a new friend.

So far we've been denied service 3 times. I talking with friends here in Orofino they are telling me the same thing. I believe if the owner cared about some of these reviews he would be there to navigate a better system. We can go all over town and it's amazing that other businesses like our money when we choose to give it to them. None of the other businesses tell us to come back at an inconvenient time only by making an appointment. ABSURD!

Love this store. It’s my go to t mobile
In the area whenever I need something done or to check my account. Josh runs a tight ship with a fantastic crew. I give it a 5 out of 5 booms! 💥 💪🏻

Spent 2 hours in the store, still left without complete use of 2 new iPhones. I came back in 3 days later to get help finishing setting up my phone and I was told it was personal information and they couldn’t help, I needed to visit an apple store to help reset a password. Had I known I would spend this amount of money, and not get full use of my phones I would have never renewed my contract. I got better service from Walmart electronics section, as well as better cell reception through Walmarts straight talk. Would not recommend

Not sure what customer service Sprint customers are used to but not happy as a long term T-mobile customer. They are short on staff and short on "smiles". Store is cute and small. Parking is good convenient. Otherwise, do mobile ordering and pickup. Not a good feeling inside store most times I have visited. A consolation is Starbucks is open in same plaza
