In our initial virtual consultation Ksenya helped me considerably to focus in on an optimal layout for the main living areas in my home. Plus she helped me narrow down color choices for painting and had great ideas on innumerable other details relating to the design of my place. She helped guide me through many design options to find the choices that fit my style and provided guidance to taking those concepts in a practical direction. I'm looking forward to working with her further in continuing the process of transforming my new home.

I was thrilled when I came across Ksenya's 2-hour in-home design consultation. I feel like I have a pretty good sense of design, but there are some pain points in my tricky NYC apartment that I just couldn't make work. Besides that, while we have some beautiful things, the apartment just hasn't felt "right," and I couldn't put my finger on why.

During her visit, Ksenya was kind, thoughtful, curious, and non-judgmental while offering her professional wisdom and insights. As a native New Yorker, it’s somewhat disheartening to see the modern, shiny, high rise boxes juxtaposed against, or completely replacing, gothic, charming brownstones and prewar buildings and Ksenya is trying to tastefully preserve what’s left of classic, prewar interior design.

I hired Ksenya for a virtual consultation which included a full overview of my home and then to a hallway that had been bare and unappealing for about 20 years – and one that I just could not figure out what to do with. Within that hour, Ksenya was able to design the hallway and direct me to paint color, lighting selection and a few other ideas that I would not have thought of. We also had time to look at potential lighting selections online which she bookmarked into a Pinterest board for me. Once these design ideas are underway, I will hire Ksenya again for other areas of my home.
