Sure the tile selections are great and the ones that arrive intact are beautiful, but be aware of the return policy which has restocking fee, plus the closest warehouse is a M-F return only in Burlington NJ. These videos capture the unboxing process after my contractor notice 1. poor packaging (as if they were taped not even from end to end) 2. there's a clear split from the base of the Nero Marquina tile & it just got worse where there's cement/gunk on the tile which TB reps claim "could be cleaned up" (?!!!)/. For high end tiles this should NOT be the case & the whole return experience just left a bad taste in my mouth. TB did in the end waive the 15% restocking fee, which is good of them, but I had to hire my transport so that was $300 out of pocket lost. The laticrete grout is great but also note that there's a 50% markup if you get it through TB (Floor & Decor has the same 8 lb bag for $20). I took the rest of my home renovation shopping to HomeDepot instead & was able to get Daltile/Marazzi designer tiles at much lower prices. Wd do the same for my future home improvement projs as well. Lesson learned.

I can’t say enough about the Tilebar. First off, they make the process of ordering tile and making a selection as painless as possible. Love that they only charge $5 for 5 samples. Getting to my story…..I had placed an order for floor tile and backsplash tile a few months back. Kept the tile on the pallet untouched from June to September safely stored in my garage. Come time for my contractor to finally install (he had a few jobs to finish before mine), he ripped open the boxes only to find 30% of the floor tile all damaged. I called their customer service rep. The young lady was very understanding of why the delay in not knowing about the broken tile sooner. I explained to her that I didn’t want to touch the boxes exposing them to any handling damage and so I just left them alone until my contractor broken open the boxes to use them.
She went on to try to remedy the situation by asking that I send pictures of the broken tile and how many total in all were damaged. She then told me that I would hear back from a claims rep within 24 hours. ( mind you, my contractor needs more tile to finish my floor now)
Well, within 24 hours I not only heard back from the claims rep, but he goes on to ask me how I would like the replacement (whether reimbursement or replacement tile)
I replied that I would like replacement tile. Another follow up email was sent to me saying that the replacement tile has been approved for the amount that was broken and that they would expedite the shipment!
I received it within 3 business days!!!
The tile was carefully packaged with not one broken piece this time. I cannot speak more highly about this company and how important it is for them that the customer is satisfied. I will definitely be ordering from them again and have been telling family and friends about their great customer service! Thank you Tilebar!

TileBar was amazing. I placed my order and changed to a different style the next day… Not a problem at all! Then.. my tile shipped two weeks earlier than expected!
We are so very close to being finished with our kitchen project and I am totally thrilled!

I'm new to the home renovation world (redoing a bathroom), and I've had an excellent experience with TileBar so far -- the product is very well made (according to my contractors), the shipments have been easy to arrange and on time, and the customer service has been excellent. Super helpful and quick with responses. I plan to continue using them for other renovation needs!

Fast shipping, great selection of different tiles but had numerous broken pieces and since this wasn't a typical shaped tile, the pattern on the floor is off because it required me to order 4 more sheets and custom cut different shaped tiles to fit in the damaged spaces, which increased my work time by a few hours. Since this was used in my personal home it isn't a huge deal but Tilebars damage policy is a bit whack and there was no reimbursement for the 7 broken pieces. They did contact me about this, however they never made it right.

The tile looks beautiful, which is a reflection of my work, not Tilebars. The standard style tiles are very reasonably priced and they do have great sample pricing but I'll probably gets samples from them and purchase it locally for future projects, just in case I have damaged tiles, I can actually get it resolved.

I love the tile I received from Tilebar. They have an amazing selection of unique tile and my bathroom remodel is amazing! I just wish it was not delivered by semi truck. A semi cannot get down my street. I had to call a friend to meet the semi with me and load the tile into our cars. We are both in our 60s. That is the only reason I would hesitate to order from Tilebar again. I did ask the trucking company when they contacted me if they could send it by box truck and they said no.

Updating review. Great variety, reasonable pricing… that means nothing if you can’t get them to ship your order. It’s been 2 weeks and my order had still not shipped. I have been given two different estimates for when my order would ship still no shipping or tracking was ever provided to me.Communication regarding delays or shipping are nonexistent. They are quick to respond if you reach out to them , but they can’t really do anything besides give you a new ETA that likely will not be accurate. I tried requesting expedited shipping due to the extensive delay and was told that is not possible, even though I paid 150$ for shipping when I placed the order. At this point I had to cancel the order as I had zero confidence the order would actually arrive. When I tried to cancel, I was told it would be an additional 4-5 days before my order arrived if I choose to continue to wait for it… but I didn’t have confidence to wait for a 3rd time after being told incorrect information. Plus, if any tiles were damaged and I needed to buy more, I felt like I could not count on them to ship it in a timely manner. I was assured I would be fully refunded but, still a very disappointing experience. Even with the 3rd delivery estimate given; I would have waited 22 days before my order would have supposedly been delivered. I really want to say I would give tile bar another try, but how often do you get the opportunity to buy tile. And… I still need to find tile to finish my flooring. Hope your experience is better than mine. Final conclusion, unobtainable beauty.

Awesome experience!! TileBar designer helped me via a Zoom call, free of charge. She sent samples based on our discussion and looking at my kitchen. She then placed the order for me, for 1 of those samples. Once they arrived, I verified the few that were damaged, which wasn't surprising with porcelain tiles being shipped. She had replacements shipped asap and the whole process was wonderful! I appreciated how they stood behind the few broken pieces, which again seems fair to happen- was only about 3% of my overall order. Tile I absolutely LOVE and are a unique, pearly look my local kitchen crew couldn't provide me. Will definitely order tile from them again!!
