We received bids from three kitchen counter replacement businesses. Tile Outlet and Granite was the best in both price and ability to get right on the job. The demo and counter install guys were very competent in their work, and cleaned up very, very well. The subsequent backslash installation was again done by a very experienced tile setter. We had one small concern with some cement spatter that his cleanup did not catch. One call to the office and a solution was in place that worked well. TOG was VERY easy to work with. VERY complete in their cost estimates. VERY attentive to questions throughout the experience. We felt completely safe/confident in leaving the house for a few hours with the guys doing their work. All were very polite and respectful of our home. Would I use TOG again? Absolutely!!

Vince and Chris and the whole team at Tile Outlet & Granite were great to work with. They provided a lot of helpful information about the planning process for selecting our countertops, paying attention to small details that are important to know. And the installation process was handled with attention to detail, as well. Measurements were spot on. The one seam we have completely blended in and is imperceptible. The counters look amazing.

Tile Outlet & Granite is super! We've been remodeling for 1.5 years now and feel like we are playing Russian roulette with contractors. We spent a year getting to know our prime. Choosing TO&G was a bit by chance but we really feel like we totally lucked out with the quality of work and service they provided. I will convince my prime to use TO&G in the future.

The service (especially the clear communications) and attention to detail from the beginning to the end of the countertop procurement and installation process was seamless.

Again, in this world of remodeling craziness, it is refreshing to work with a highly competent and professional company that really seems to care about their clients and craftsmanship.

We used Tile Outlet to supply a bunch of different materials for a bathroom and utility room remodel last August (completing in early October). Vince was extremely helpful in educating us about the seemingly infinite surface types and guiding us towards pieces we like. We ended up with a big piece of granite for the two countertops and three different ceramic and porcelain tiles for floors, shower floor, and shower walls.

Unfortunately, the installers weren't quite as skilled as the sales staff on the floor and the section of granite for the utility sink dropped, cracking the front perimeter in several spots. My contractor was thoroughly ticked they didn't support the huge section they were cutting out onsite, but they'd cracked the piece before he was on site that morning. After it was clear they couldn't epoxy the broken sections back together, Marco stepped in (Vince was off that day, if I recall) and had a new counter from a neighboring chunk of that Brazilian stone cut, polished, and installed two days later. My contractor noted the back of the second stone had fiberglass reinforcement all over it, something the initial piece lacked (a remnant from a job from all the way back in 2008 or so). They also supported the cut and didn't let it drop like the first one. The smaller counter and sink were installed perfectly, it was just the six-foot slab that gave them trouble.

We had some supply shortage issues that Vince and team were able to work through, but I was surprised to find out during that back-and-forth that we could have purchased some of the tile directly from Bedrosians for less money than Tile Outlet. With my contractor's discount, it was basically a wash, but I'll keep that in mind for the next project and be sure to shop specific pieces around first.
