Great experience both in terms of selection and customer service. We had our laundry room tiles from here last year. Everyone seemed very helpful. I did not have to repeat my follow up questions no matter who picked up the phone. This place is very welcoming and friendly.
This year I looked at a few stores for large amounts of tiles, and settled in this one again. Soon after my first phone call, Ramil had a few tiles laid out for me in an hour considering color, quality and price range. Having valued trust and relationship, we decided to get the tiles again from this place. They also gave us a special promotional discount as a returner.
I highly recommend this place to anyone and certainly would be my first place to resort to. All my family members love this place.

This is my third project with TI and they have again provided great customer service, advice, and design ideas. The staff has been very knowledgeable and my tiles were ordered and delivered in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family!

We've bought from TI for 3 projects. The sales staff have been very helpful. On the most recent project, a bathroom, their sister company Granite International fabricated the counters. What sets TI apart from others is that they supplied at their expense additional boxes of wall tile. We had failed to see in the store that approx. 20% of tiles had ugly looking 'designed' effluorescence in them (lighter blotches that are a flaw in concrete). It was in the picture of finished room on the tile card, but not in the sample on the card itself. They didn't need to do this since it was our mistake. I'll be back for any future projects

Tile International was recommended to us by our contractor for tile and countertops. We met with Osher for over 3 hours to discuss our options. Osher was extremely professional - willing to explain the different grades and choices. We never felt rushed. Everyone who has seen our new tile and countertops are amazed at how beautiful they are. With Osher's guidance we have an amazing kitchen. Tile International is a wonderful company - excellent customer service. You will not be disappointed. I would highly recommend Osher and Tile International.

Customer service has been incredible! Everyone at Tile International has been wonderful and helpful. Osher was extremely helpful and patient with me, as I made my selections for for two bathrooms and a kitchen. Don at International Tile was a big help and very friendly! We purchased Tile for the floor of our new kitchen as well as the backsplash. The prices were fair and reasonable. In addition, the time frame to receive it was quick and as described!
