After attending a bath remodel workshop put on by the Tile Center, I felt that they would be my choice to remodel my 20 year old bathroom. I cannot compliment their customer service, work ethic, and skill at remodeling. They completed well within the time period they gave up front and cost was as expected from amount of work done. Tile Center did a wonderful job of a total renovation of our master bathroom. Previously, it was a dressing room and a small room with a bathtub and toilet. They redesigned the space, removed a wall and the bathtub and replaced it with a double sink vanity and wonderful walk in shower that we love.
Marivic and Zia, the architect and project manager, could not have been more attentive and nicer. There were some set backs due to the rules and permits we had to navigate with our condominium and County, but they managed everything professionally at all times. We highly recommend them!

We had a wonderful experience with the Tile Center replacing our kitchen floors. My husband and I moved last year and the vinyl floors were in bad shape. We chose the Tile Center because of their outstanding work on my parent's house with multiple large projects over the past 15 years. From the beginning, Zia was helpful and patient as we selected a tile from the showroom. There are many beautiful options to choose from! Zia also came to our home to look at the kitchen floors and give his expert opinion on future projects we're considering for the kitchen and primary bathroom. They were accommodating to our schedule for the start date and the project took less than a week. Tomas and Oscar did a fantastic job with the demolition of the existing flooring and installation of the new tiles. They also fixed all the squeaks in the sub floor. The Tile Center worked with our budget and gave great care to our smaller project, as a full kitchen remodel was not in the works right now. We couldn't be happier with our kitchen floors and will definitely use the Tile Center again when we're ready for our next project!

Our relationship with the Tile Center began when we received an invitation to a seminar - an invitation to learn about the process of remodeling a bathroom and to explore available products. That was a wonderful beginning where we felt like we could begin to discuss and understand what was involved to make our dream bathroom come true. We learned and gathered information over the next several months while we considered what we really wanted to do - then ultimately signed a contract under the guidance of Frank Merrikh, our personal project manager who walked with us through every step - from seminar hosting to finished project! That continuity is incredible - having one person who knows our project as well, if not better than we do! What a blessing, a true gift he has been. Once all the materials arrived and the actual work began Frank coordinated each specialized contractor service, communicated directly with us who was coming and when to expect them. His communication was exemplary, especially when there needed to be time for drying, setting, or other considerations. At the outset Frank told us to plan on 6 weeks for construction and the project took all of that time. Even though there were a few tiny items that still needed to be completed, Frank never lost contact or let us feel like our job had stalled. We are incredibly pleased with the quality of work, quality and beauty of the products we selected, and overall lovely feel of our ADA bathroom. Having used it now during recovery from surgery I can attest that the way we blended in the practical but necessary safety features has been a real blessing. I highly recommend the Tile Center with their amazing team of professional craftsmen!

The Tile Center recently completed transforming my first level 1/2 bath into a beautiful full bath with a walk in shower. The planning, budget and design process went extremely well working with Zia and Marivic. Arlen, Tamas, Oscar and Naomi made up the installation team. Each one of them worked diligently and with great skill. I am so impressed with the quality of their workmanship! The Tile center has now renovated the kitchen and all three bathrooms in our home.
