Hace muy poco me compré mi Volvo en el concesionario de Volvo Winter Park y no puedo estar más contenta con la experiencia en general, y claro con mi Volvo! El personal en general es maravilloso hacen el proceso sin duda más fácil! Pero Manny sin dudas ha sido una parte fundamental! No solo porque habla Español e inglés, sino también por su amabilidad y confianza! Super amable, lo recomiendo al 200 por ciento! Took my S90 to this dealership, AC was blowing fine, now it’s not. Idk what happened but, after a $250 diagnostic, now I’m having issues. They know exactly who I am and, my vehicle. Great customer service however, I wouldn’t be surprised if someone in the service department knows the dealer I purchased this car from. Pretty sure I’m going to have to pay just as much just to get the AC to work as it did before. So over this area of Florida and its shady dealings.

Edit: 1. How do you know what my diagnostic found if, I’ve never been to your service department before? (I have a receipt that says otherwise) 2. My vehicle doesn’t have over 140k miles on it, sir. 3. Why would I bring my vehicle back there when, it’s clear what happened? It’s fine, I will get the issues fixed however, that does not change the fact that your service department personnel just might be shady. Good Day.
