Even though this store has been there for many years, I just recently discovered it. I worked with Tobias who was absolutely fantastic to work with. We spent all the time that I needed to make my choices. There was no rush. He was insightful and very helpful while I was choosing my upholstery colors for my chairs. He has a wonderful eye for design. He also has a delightful personality that made it fun and easy to work with him. I cannot recommend him highly enough. The quality of furniture in the store is exceptional and I suspect the best in Spokane. It was wonderful to find beautifully crafted solid wood furniture without having to order it online. Being able to sit in the chairs to compare comfort levels was essential and actually changed my decision about which dining chairs to order. All in all, this may have been one of the best shopping experiences of my life. I felt also, though, that there was no pressure applied for me to make my decisions and place an order that day even though ultimately I did order my furniture that day. I cannot recommend the store highly enough! I'd give it 10 stars if I could. If there are any issues with the delivery process or furniture itself, I will update this review. But given my experience so far I do not anticipate any problems.

Wish this could be a 5 star review but we will no longer be shopping here. We bought a couch a few years ago, and bought the warranty. The sales person said it was worth it and easy to use. We submitted the claim, how she told us to and it was denied. Should have known it was too good to be true. A waste of money and definitely felt like we were upsold to meet a quota.
Apparently, all the information she gave us was wrong and in doing it the way she told us to, our claim was denied. The manager did reach out, and said he would try and handle this for us and help us out. But, he ended up forgetting about us and now I’m told there is nothing they can do. For how much we spent, I really feel like they could have done something. A little gesture goes a long a way.

So if you do shop here, don’t buy the warranty and don’t expect customer service after the sale is complete.

We found family room chairs made by Flexsteel and Eron helped us pick the perfect fabric. The chairs are well made and a nice accent for our room. The ordering process was easy and the chairs arrived on time. Eron stayed in touch during the process. The Tin Roof has so many nice furniture pieces.

We just received our two bassett sofas, two fjords recliners, rug and BEAUTIFUL Mavin round dining table. We loved working with Jennifer at The Tin Roof. She really helped us with selecting the right style and colors to be cohesive as they were all in one room. She did research and sent us ideas so we really felt we looked at a lot of product before finally deciding on the perfect pieces. Love The Tin Roof!

We bought a console table from Bide & Burgeon and a week later, it was marked down during the Anniversary Sale. When we returned to purchase some rugs at The Tin Roof, Heather made the price adjustment on the console for us! Great customer service and we like shopping at a long-time Spokane business. Highly recommend!

I purchased 2 Flexsteel chairs. One of the chairs was flawed. After multiple attempts to fix it Tin Roof was able to arrange for 2 new chairs. It was a LONG process but it’s finally done. Everyone that worked with us was kind. I only wished we had more frequent updates.
