I have been working with Mickie at the Scottsdale Location and I cannot say enough great things about her and her willingness to always go the extra mile. She is always highly communicative and I know that when I contact her, she will have all my samples pulled and ready to work. There have been several times I have been in a time crunch and without question, she makes the time even on her days off to come in and help us pull tile, work up quotes and gives us her expertise on all information regarding the products we are specking for our clients. We love working with her and we love The Tile Shop.

Ashely was amazing just want to start off with that !!We had a bathroom remodel she helped us with and ran into so many problems but she was so patient and kind threw the whole process went out of her way to make sure our project was done properly highly recommended!!! I thought I reviewed this store, I guess it helps to hit "post"...

Anyway, this is a giant tile store. This place was cool to check out all the options too. Unfortunately the one we are looking for is to match a counter we installed several years ago, so it's difficult to find what we want. The cool back splash tile we thought about were on back order. LoL! Never fails. The staff was very friendly and most helpful. We'll be back again.

It was the first tile store that I entered where employees were happy to help me. They gave me excellent customer service and they helped me find the perfect tile. Before I left they printed out a written estimate to take home. As soon as I am ready to start my bathroom project. I plan on purchasing from The Tile Shop.

I would highly recommend The Tile Shop to anyone. Whether you're looking for looking for tile for bathrooms and kitchens, They also carry a large selection of laminate floorings vinyl floorings Etc. They have a lot for a smaller store and can get almost anything, even if they don't have it on display. I've sent several people there and almost every one of them has found something for their project.
