I would propose using another contractor for your kitchen and bathroom renovation. They did not use proper hardware in kitchen and the sinks did not match up with existing lighting. Our renovation project was very stressful and they did not meet our expectations.

Please get multiple bids on your projects, and read the reviews for Showroom. If there are errors made during the scoping process or during installation, you will be on your own to make your project meet your expectations.

I wanted to follow up on the owner's reaponse: we requested a 1:1 replacement of all existing bathrooms vanities. If the lighting needed to be relocated to accommodate plumbing/vanity then this should have been communicated during the scoping process. We discovered the lighting did not align with plumbing until AFTER the installation was complete. Please consider other contractors to help with your kitchen and bathroom projects.

We used the Showroom to completely remodel our guesthouse. We were very happy with our overall experience. John was really great about showing us things that went well together and steering us in the right direction if we picked out things that maybe wouldn't go so well together or if he thought they were too overdone. Deanna used software to create a 3D interactive model of what our kitchen and bathroom would look like which gave us the ability to see what the project would look like while there was still time to make changes. I was impressed with all the subs he uses because they all did meticulous work and wanted to make sure that we were happy with everything. Overall, we're very happy with how our remodel went and we would recommend The Showroom.

If anyone needs a bathroom remodel, the Showroom is the place to go. John set up times, dates for all the contractors. All the dirty work was completed before Thanksgiving. Vanity was delivered, and assembled. The quartz counter top was installed along with the light. Plumbing of all the hardware we picked out was the last thing to install. Couldn't be happier. Thank you everyone at the Showroom.

We discovered Kai at First Finishers and the Showroom independently of one another and found it quite convenient that the two were affiliated. We had considered another company, but they only provided cabinets; we needed that but also lighting and plumbing.

The Showroom has excellent products and the staff were so patient with us as we selected our materials and gave excellent advice. Kai was very thorough when he did the estimate and asked questions to make sure he was clear on our needs and ensure there wouldn’t be any surprises once the work started. It took three months for the cabinets to come in due to the demand of the manufacturer. The day that Kai got the delivery date for the cabinets he had all the subcontractors scheduled. When they were delivered they were beautiful, in good shape, and the very thing we ordered. There was a scratch on one of the cabinet doors and the one of the cabinets was not measured right. The Showroom took care of the replacements in a very timely manner. We had a functioning kitchen on Dec. 23 as scheduled. All of the subcontractors went above what was expected of them and the work was superb.

And it is a beautiful kitchen. Our old kitchen was u-shaped and honestly quite restricting. One side was along the wall, while the other was freestanding, which made it difficult to get to one of our cabinets. The new design gives us much more space. Surprising, since we have an island you can play hockey on put in the middle. The new cupboards reach all the way to the ceiling, unlike our old ones, and so we have a lot more space there. The island also gives us a ton more cabinet space. Pull-out drawers and a lazy susan in the corner make getting things out much more convenient. The built-in shelf for our mixer is also a great convenience. We love the pull out shelves and the quiet closing doors.

So, yes, we like our kitchen very much. It is so spacious and looks great. We are very comfortable in it and enjoy it every day. The Showroom provided high quality materials that were installed professionally in a timely manner. The contractors with First Finishers have done excellent work. They took pride in their work and gave us outstanding product and service. We are so glad we fired our first contractor and hired First Finishers. We are so happy with their work that we have contracted with the Showroom and First Finishers to redo our bathroom.

Working with The Showroom was quite the experience. From the beginning, we were treated with respect and truly felt listened to when it came to our wants and needs.

Our contact was John, who worked hard to ensure his suppliers were able to source the exact tile we wanted in the proper quantity. Even though this project was completed during the height of the pandemic, The Showroom was very diligent in the logistics around the bathroom remodel.

Not only was the sales side top-notch, the installation of the tile was done with laser-precision. We will be returning to The Showroom when it comes to anything tile related in the future. We could not recommend them more!

My husband and I purchased our home in 2020. Upon making our purchase we know that we wanted to invest in some changes throughout the home. We wanted an open floor plan, flooring, and an updated kitchen.
We hired a handyman to paint a couple of walls, we asked him if he know someone that could do flooring. Sure, he said John Sullivan located in Yelm it’s called The Showroom, we contacted Mr. Sullivan, he came by our home to look at the flooring. He invited my husband and I to his place of business to look at some sample flooring. Low and behold not only did we find flooring but a whole new kitchen.
Mr. Sullivan and Deanna took their time with my husband and I, they had everything we needed. No pressure applied like other salespeople, just GREAT Customer Service. Our renovation took place as Covid begin to decline in numbers. Having said that, they kept us informed on all changes throughout the process. I've attached a before and after picture of the awesome job done by The Showroom and First Finishers located in Yelm. We have used Showroom in the past but this this time we opt for the entire kitchen and more flooring to be renovated. The process started with the planning until fully executed. We knew this job was going to be a long and timely process. The guys came in and did the job with in the time frame and it looks marvelous. I have posted pics of the finished job.

We recently purchased a $60k+ cabinet package of Bellmont cabinets from Showroom Interior Solutions. We went with Bellmont because they offered HDF doors and would color match the Sherwin Williams white paint that we were painting our trim. They sell the fact they can match existing trim so we thought it would be extra easy to match new paint. Not the case. They sent us a sample that when placed next to the Sherwin Williams color wheel, looked great. But when they were installed and then finally uncovered after the interior was painted, the cabinets are 3 different colors and only a couple of cabinet trim pieces match the house trim. We were shocked and had them come out. They said that the ‘majority’ of the cabinets are the same color and that’s what we have to live with. They then told us that they add varnishes and other additives to the paint so it changes it a bit. I told them it isn’t color matching to start with the right color and change it to something else by adding stuff. I told them that if they need to add something that is colored, they should factor that into the color mix so that the FINAL color matches.

It’s a nightmare and now we have to live with a wall of white cabinets touching a wall of shiplap painted in the Sherwin Williams color and they do not match.

There should be a class action for false advertising a color matching program that does NOT MATCH. Also, there were no detailed schematics of the pieces, not even a picture to reference nor a name or even room they go to. So there was guess work and added difficulty. All we got was a small .pdf that could not be resized so we could not read where part number labels overlapped. There were incorrect cabinet sizes and different colors.

Aside from the cabinet issues themselves, Showroom Interior Solutions completely sides with Bellmont so it was us vs both the retailer and the cabinet company. Showroom Interiors had a very condescending attitude. I guess they are the professionals and we just meager customers should know that a color matching program doesn’t really match the color.

If they told us to scrutinize the sample because additives they use can change the color, we would have color matched their color and painted the trim the Bellmont color. And how did they get some of the pieces the right color? They don't have an answer. We are not worth it to them.

Their reply is a prime example of how they don’t take responsibility for their lack of informing the customer that the color changes. Belmont told us that they train their dealers to explain this color change. This company did not. Even the Sherwin Williams store couldn’t tell with the small sample.
