I'm a South Bay homeowner went to Rubenstein looking for gold finish shower setup (like Hansgrohe level cost). Here's the true story experience. Salesperson told me "no gold finish in stock for ANY brand, you'll need to wait 3+ weeks to get gold finish items, but we do have this Hansgrohe Raindance whole-shower set available in stock ONLY in Brushed Bronze for $1200." But what they don't tell you is it is only THEIR warehouse that takes 3+ weeks to ship out any brand fixture in gold finish but many online plumbing etailers (build dot com and etc.) can ship the exact same gold finish plumbing item to your door in 2-3 days, and Rubenstein sales obviously did not tell me that Costco has the same Hansgrohe Raindance in brushed gold optic on sale for only $600 and it ships immediately. But credit to Rubenstein sales person who did give good advice in recommending the Hansgrohe shower system as we did buy it from Costco and it is a great shower fixture system.

Now I do recommend Rubenstein for very wealthy homeowners renovating very expensive homes - who have money to burn - and don't mind if their interior designers have to wait 3+ weeks to get all high end plumbing fixtures - which Rubenstein can help ensure are all custom matched to have all the same exact color finishes to match finishes of other features in wealthy customer's bathroom.

Over the past two years, we have interacted with the Rubenstein showroom in San Jose for our bathroom furniture needs. They offer a selection of quality products at reasonable prices, complemented by excellent customer service. Our most recent interaction involved Robert Marsh, who was tasked with ordering drain baskets and hooks for three showers. Robert was very patient and diligent throughout the process. when we did not get the second shipment, Robert figured out that it was mistakenly delivered to the wrong address and not returned, Robert promptly reordered the items and ensured they reached us. We had an excellent experience with this company and we highly recommend them for both their quality products and customer service. A special thank you to Robert.

Top-notch service and products with excellent pricing- and they'll be my first-stop for future plumbing hardware/fixture needs. We bought all new Hansgrohe bathroom hardware, Toto toilets, and a gorgeous bathtub -and we were impressed with the RS team every step of the way: from calling to set-up appointments for showroom visit with their experts, the efficiency and incredible knowledge shared within those visits (recommendations for products / configurations), very detailed / clear proposals with highly-competitive pricing, how quickly everything was available (even in the midst of the global pandemic-related shipping chaos), and the fantastically helpful customer service follow-up when we ran into some issues (our contractor's designer told us to buy a particular drain that couldn't be installed in our bathroom, and RS returned it w/no issues, and then when one of our thermostatic valves wasn't working, RS immediately provided replacement parts and sage advice by phone/email, ultimately helping us figure out that all of the hardware was perfectly fine, and that the problem was that my contractor's plumber goofed-up our hot/cold pipework).

Jaw dropped when I walked in. Mid to high end bath and kitchen products. Very cool Toto toilet display (auto seat lid lift). Home Reno DIY and decorator dream store. I was very impressed by Heath Vaught's knowledge of a massive range of things I was asking about, his passion and real excitement about the products. (He also stayed 30 mins longer after the store closed to help order everything I wanted, despite having to get to his kids bball game.) He should be the boss (if he isn't already)! Not sure why I had not heard about this store from anyone before, but I will definitely help spread the word. Enjoy!
