Sorcha was able to help me find exactly what I needed and was looking for as soon as I walked in. I had measurements, but super confused as to what I really needed. I just love this store, it literally took me no time at all to find what I needed, something I had been searching on line for weeks! Thank you so much. Also installation was a breeze and I got an email follow up to see if everything went as planned.

Complete lack of communication and customer service.
After around 8 months of waiting, my simple sheer drapery was finally installed, and it was such a disappointment. I realized that 6 pieces of fabric were sewed together. A waste of time and money, incompetent company.

I find The Shade Store often has exactly what I need for [almost] 1/2 the cost of traditional fabrication of window treatments.
The variety of fabrics is ample.
The majority of styles used in the marketplace are what they offer.
If you need something beyond that then by all means go custom but why go there automatically if you don't have to.
The fabrics offered are both stylish & made of long lasting material, [ made to hold up to our Fl sun].
As an Interior Designer I would definitely recommend this company.

This was a great experience! Sorcha was so helpful at the store when we went in. The measurement process went smoothly, and soon after, the shades arrived, and soon after that they were installed. They fit perfectly, and block out the sun where we needed to. We need them to keep the new wood floors from fading. The shades are perfect, they don't make the room dark, yet block the harsh Florida Sun. Great investment!

I came across The Shade Store online while searching for a solutions for my boutique's windows. I found options online I liked, but wanted to see them in person and wanted to have a professional come out to The Bridal Finery and measure the windows in person.
I called The Shade store and spoke with Sorcha on the phone the service was simply amazing. She went above and beyond to answer my questions on the roller shades. She went through all of the options on the different fabrics, colors and different types of materials.
Alex was the specialist who came out to mesure the windows and go through all the other details with me. We went through all the options on the colors, and mounting colors for the roller shades. Alex was also very knowledgeable and very quick to get everything done, he showed up on time was concluded very quickly too.
