Exceptional service ! Special call out to Erik in Centennial- so very helpful in finding my cabinet color from 9 years ago and then sending me the touch up pins and wax. We had a great experience at the same location while purchasing the cabinets and - once a customer always a customer - we highly recommend.

Remodeling is certainly challenging. Working with Erik Brinegar at Kitchen Showcase made it much easier. After researching and interviewing a few vendors, we choose Kitchen Showcase because of their selection and the service we received. Erik was great at helping us design the perfect kitchen that fit our mountain modern style. He walked through our design, drawer by drawer and cabinet by cabinet, to make sure we had the right storage space.  After install, there were a few things that needed to be adjusted and re-ordered. Erik worked with us and was able to quickly repair what was needed. Thank you Erik!

My neighbor redid her kitchen and I thought it was stunning, but I also assumed it was way out of my price range. A few years later when I was planning to redo my kitchen, I started pricing out cabinets. It turns out that I would have needed to stack my upper cabinets to get them to go to the ceiling, but I didn’t love that look. Additionally, it added quite a bit of cost. I almost abandoned my project … then I finally asked my neighbor who she used and decided to price out my cabinets with her supplier. She told me she used the Kitchen Showcase. I was worried when I visited because their showroom is AMAZING and I didn’t want to waste people’s time. I told them about my neighbor and they immediately found out who her designer was and set me up for an appointment with Cliff. I let him know about my budget right away and he let me know it was reasonable and could be done and worked with me TIRELESSLY to stay within budget. The best part is that because they work with this particular cabinet maker so much, they were able to get free cabinet height customizations. I didn’t have to stack my cabinets but I could order a custom size for no extra cost!!!! This was music to my ears ☺ Now I could actually save a bit of money by eliminating another layer of cabinets. Cliff came to my house to measure, using his many years of experience to consider things I never would have considered (and the other cabinet companies would not have known to consider either because they did not offer to come to my house and measure for me). Things like gas line locations, distance to certain appliances with the new layout, comfortable heights for storing items and if they should be set shelves or roll out drawers for accessibility. Also geometric/visual considerations like matching cabinet sizes on either side of the sink, etc. Once Cliff had generously explained and considered everything I wanted and needed in my kitchen, he loaded the plan into his computer system. From there, we spent a couple visits reviewing the plans, tweaking them and getting it just right. This is a huge process and takes a lot of behind the scenes work- which Cliff did for me in such a timely fashion. He even added a cool rev a track drawer for me which has ended up being my FAVORITE part of the cabinets!!!
Cliff is experienced enough to know that no matter how well you plan, there can still be some things that go wrong. We knew we were going to need to do some cabinet modifications due to my appliance sizes. True enough we had a cabinet that came in the wrong size but it’s ok – we just needed to modify it in a different way. When I notified Cliff, he immediately came out to my project site with an experienced installer to assess the modifications that needed to be made. This gave my contractor and me a good solution and we were able to proceed and NOT delay the installation. We had a few re-orders of drawer fronts and such – but Kitchen Showcase notified me when they arrived and sent their own experienced installer Justin to complete the work. Justin always called to let me know when he would arrive and was respectful and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He went above and beyond showing me the ins and outs of the cabinets and how to adjust them if needed. He is so professional, clean and efficient. The employees here are top notch and are loyal to the company which speaks volumes about the Pfaff family as owners and managers. I can’t tell you how amazing they have been throughout this whole process. I LOVE my kitchen!!!! And I know this is an amazing company run by the NICEST people who are organized and get the job done. I am so happy I got my new kitchen exactly how I wanted it and did not have to compromise on quality or design. I also know they will be around a looong time so if I need to reorder parts, they will be there for me. I would highly recommend Kitchen Showcase to anyone looking to remodel/upgrade their homes.
Update: one of our doors warped and they ordered a new one for us and installed it for free within 2 weeks!!

I worked with Kitchen Showcase on the recommendation of my designer and GC. I saw excellent reviews on Google and Yelp and therefore did not hesitate. I will update this review to reflect any changes should I receive compensation for the below issues. I didn't want to air my grievances publicly but since it's been 4 months and I have not received compensation this is the only choice I have. I also want to alert others to choose a different cabinet shop for their jobs because this one is no longer what it once was.

1) You should be aware that Kitchen Showcase is no longer family owned and operated - it is now owned by Ferguson effective 11/18/21.

2) Our designer at Kitchen Showcase did not allow enough filler between the oven and the french door refrigerator. The fridge hit the oven handles. Kitchen Showcase requires the specifications for all appliances when designing a kitchen to ensure proper operation of all cabinets and appliances, as they should. I had to go through the trouble of getting a new single door refrigerator to avoid the oven handles hitting. My appliance suite only had one option for single door which was a built in Jenn-Aire at an additional cost to me of $3,416. I requested compensation of 2/3 of the additional cost, or $2,277 (I am a reasonable consumer). Kerri Schuchholz, VP of Sales & Design, confirmed to me by phone and email on 2/18/22 that she agreed that I should receive compensation of $2,277 for this issue. As of 6/14/22 I have yet to receive compensation although I have been told the check is "in the mail". Pictures of french door and single door replacement refrigerator are attached.

Update 8/4/22 - the check was "lost in the mail" twice and Kitchen Showcase issued a credit of $2,277 to my credit card on 7/15/22.

3) The Kitchen Craft cabinets on the showroom floor at The Kitchen Showcase have Birch drawer boxes (picture attached). The quote I received states "Birch drawer boxes" (picture attached). The drawer boxes with the cabinets I received are made from Poplar (picture attached). The Poplar drawer boxes are an ugly orange color. In addition, Poplar is significantly less durable than Birch. Poplar has a Janka hardness of 540/4000; whereas Birch has a Janka hardness of 1260/4000. As you can see from the attached picture, the drawer boxes I have are not durable (notice scratch down the side). I requested my drawer boxes be replaced with Birch drawer boxes. Kerri Schuchholz has discussed this issue with Kitchen Craft and Kitchen Craft said they are unable to get Birch at this time. I expect Kitchen Showcase to install Birch drawer boxes in my kitchen or provide me with a sizeable refund to compensate me for this decline in quality. I did not agree to Poplar drawer boxes when I ordered my cabinets.

Update 8/4/22 - Kitchen Showcase has offered to provide me with a refund of $1,700 to compensate for the drawer box issue. This doesn't change the fact that I'll have low quality drawer boxes that will not hold up to long time use. I'm considering different options at this time.

4) A recent Google review is written by an executive level employee of Kitchen Showcase providing the company with a 5 star review. This is clearly a conflict of interest.

5) My contractor and designer are no longer working with the Kitchen Showcase due to issues they have encountered on other clients.

The original date of this review is 6.14.22. I will update this review to reflect updates. This review was updated on 8.4.22 as reflected above.

Our contractor recommended Kitchen Showcase and they did most of the design work for our kitchen and nearby bathroom remodel.

First they came out and measured and gave us some options for what we were looking for then we were able to visit their show room several times to work out cabinet style, colors and hardware as well as changes as we went through the process.

Before pulling the trigger we had another visit where they taped off in our existing kitchen and dining we we combined to give a sense of the new geometry and location.

It was a great experience and they took care us us with a cabinet that had some defects and replaced it when the new one came in

Victor was the delivery person for our new cabinets. He was professional, careful and courteous. He did an excellent job with going over the order and all the instructions for the installer.
He is a great ambassador for The Kitchen Showcase!
Update adding a review for our designer Darrel Stoesz.
We remodeled our kitchen after 20 years of service and our designer Michelle Chapman introduced us to Darrel Stoesz. What a pleasure it was to work with him! He listened to us a with his years of experience offered us excellent suggestions to make our kitchen be the best design, functionality and style it could not have turned out better.
At a time when its hard to find professionals and folks who take real pride in their work it was refreshing to meet Darrel and Michelle.

Fess came out today to do some repairs to our kitchen and bathroom cabinets -- not only did he do an awesome job, he even helped out with another small ding on a different cabinet and did another fix on others -- both beyond the scope of his work. I so appreciate the time he took, and his willingness to be flexible. He cleaned everything up (not all tradespeople do) and left us very happy. All in all, Kitchen Showcase has offered us wonderful customer service on every issue. And we really love our kitchen cabinets -- we get lots of compliments!

We worked with The Kitchen Showcase for custom cabinets for a remodel project for our kitchen, and for a basement finishing project for a custom bar and bathroom.

The experience was seamless. We picked our cabinets from the showroom, they measured the spaces, and customized based on our appliances.

Everything arrived on time, as expected, and of excellent quality. Great customer service all around. Steve Day was the Sales Associate we worked with and he was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.
