We purchased a tub from Randy and have nothing but wonderful comments about the whole experience. To start, Randy was pleasant, informed and not pushy to make a sale. We found a tub we liked at a fantastic price which included delivery. Randy communicated with me each step of the way so I knew what was happening when. He was also quick to respond with my questions. Delivery couldn't have been smoother. Fast, professional and no mess left behind. Great experience.

had a very disappointing experience at The Hot Tub Store. The sales team was incredibly deceptive, claiming that their hot tubs were low maintenance. Once I made my purchase, it became clear that wasn’t the case at all. The moment they received my payment, my questions went unanswered and they were not helpful.

To make matters worse, they continued to spam my personal email and personal mail long after the sale. This place operates more like a used car dealership than a reputable hot tub store. I strongly advise you to avoid this store if you’re looking for honesty and reliable customer service. Save yourself the headache!

Corey was great and helpful!!! I found the tub size and price i was looking for. I compared prices and tubs to multiple stores, but THE HOT TUB STORE in Rocklin CA clearly stood out as my choice. I now start off every morning with my coffee in the tub. Life is good.

The Hot Tube has come through with flying colors. Patrick W. always kept us updated on the progress of our order. With all that's happening these days, it's great to have R200 Endless Pools SwimSpa addition to the "Stay-cation" making it quite livable! From the time Jack informed us of the arrival to getting it craned in to the backyard, filled, electrical connected, and Patrick personally came over to give the orientation on how to care for, it took 4days. We've already started our health therapy routine and it so what was expected of it!
I want to personally thank all of those involved with our purchase. My wife and I will now enjoy our retirement years to the fullest!!

We absolutely love our Garden Camellia Spa that we bought at the Rocklin location. Patrick and Randy were super to work with. Use it everyday and at all times of the day. It really completes our Hawaiian lanai. Live aloha
