Very impressed with their customer service. They were jam packed with customers but still managed to find the part for my tube heater and check me out within a few minutes. Everyone was friendly and made sure someone was helping me find what I needed. Would definitely recommend if you need parts.

Terrible customer service. Was blatantly told by the man at the parts counter that I should be hiring a professional to re-plumb a section of pipe for my tankless water heater. I don't need to hire a professional to plumb in 2 x 8' sections of pipe with one 90° elbow and meet code. Pretty much refused to sell me the pipe I required. Went down the road to Wolseley quick and friendly customer service with no hassle.

From products to my Sales manager to Accounting (Lori R) to pricing and promised shipping dates, this company wants to work and grow with you. They are understanding and knowledgeable. I'm not sure why people go anywhere else to be honest. I've been coming to Emco for 17 yrs now.

My wife and I stopped in on a Thursday night to look at fixtures for the renovation of our home. Two young ladies behind the counter didn't even acknowledge our existence as we entered. Once we wandered around the large showroom one of the girls looked up from whatever they were doing and greeted us, but it was very clear she wasn't about to inquire if we needed assistance or not. Awkwardly we continued to look around at the many products trying to navigate all of the selection which is quite impressive. Once we explored all of the kitchen sink drawers not finding quite what we looked for, we approached the counter and asked if either of them could assist us. With delay one of them made there way over to the display to help us out. Shortly into the conversation it was brought to our attention that if we are looking to find multiple items for a home renovation we would need to make an appointment as Thursday night staffing only allows for "walk-ins". We were the only customers in the store ? but yet she couldn't take the time to discuss our plans for kitchen and bathroom as there was only 2 in the store tonight.... very discouraging and poor customer service. She almost seemed relieved to find out we didn't have an appointment.

*UPDATED July 13th* After some contractor advice we chose to give them a second chance at our business....sure glad we did! Angela and Trish make a great team and provided the customer service and expertise I came to expect of this business. Once we had our appointment in place we were greeted by Trish who promptly and graciously welcomed us into the store. We went through our plans and came up with fixtures that suited our style, Trish went above and beyond to meet our expectations and I would highly recommend Trish to future customers.

I was extremely disappointing with the service, communication and pricing from EMCO. We are building a large infill home in Edmonton and EMCO has been the most challenging, least communicative and least helpful of all the trades and suppliers we have dealt with. It feels like their salesteam doesn't understand the construction process. I constantly had to ask for comparative and competitive pricing. All they are concerned with is profit, and trying to get you to purchase the most expensive products without showing any reasonable alternatives. The service and assistance I received at other plumbing fixture suppliers was 100% better.
