The Donut Tree is a wonderful place. I admit that when I first tried it, I was a tad overwhelmed as to what I was desirous to try. The selection of donuts went quickly and I was left with only a few choices, (at least at that time.)
However, The Donut Tree has REALLY stepped up their game.
The variety of donuts are Amazing!
Delectable.
Memorable.
Yummmmmy.
When I first bitten into my donut, a flood of childhood memories came flooding in. Not many types of food can do that.they were memories long forgotten, all sparked by a single bite of a donut...I am not saying that these donuts will do that for everyone, but they are worth checking out.
And as long as they are able to continue to make such food, I will continue to return there.
I was lucky to come in at a time when the morning rush had passed. Which was nice.

The donuts taste as if they were two days old and rebaked. They have an over the top oily flavor to it and don't taste fresh at all. Nobody in my household could eat let alone finish any of the donuts off. Very disappointing.

I walked in to grab some "Sorry I'm late" donuts for the folks at work just to find that the owner was closing the store. 🙁 being that this was the only donut store in town I'm pretty sad. I wish I could help to keep it open.

I've gotten food from there 3 times and it was always the same. The WORST donuts I have ever tasted and the other pastries weren't much better. I found out that they hold donuts the day they bake them overnight and refry them the next morning. That's why they taste greasy, and old. I talk to the employees and they are wonderful. Super nice and friendly people. The current location of Donut tree is just too crowded and it ruined the atmosphere of Lucky Perk/TCBY. I personally would not recommend eating the Donut Tree food but the Coffee and Ice cream is still good. Lucky Perk used to be my favorite coffee place but once Donut Tree got in it just wasn't the same and I was so disappointed.

The ones we got didn't taste good. One was very doughy in the middle. Like other reviewers, we couldn't finish them. It may be a hit and miss place. We had 5-star donuts before. Although we would like to give two thumbs up to a local business, we couldn't give them more than 2 stars, unfortunately. But based on the price of those donuts, we didn't have high expectations. Service was friendly though. I hope they improve things.

In this quaint small town shop you will find the friendliest staff and the most amazing, melt in your mouth, made from scratch donuts. We ordered a dozen old fashioned cake donuts with a variety of flavors. Original, glazed, chocolate frosted, maple frosted and the most delicious blueberry. It has REAL whole blueberries throughout! I also picked up a Bavarian cream filled donut and brownie. Within the store you will also find a coffee shop and ice cream counter. The young lady serving coffee this morning was a delight. Bright and cheerful with a smile that would welcome anyone and made me an excellent blended coffee with extra espresso that was just what I needed. The owner was most helpful in accommodating my indecisiveness and went above and beyond to make sure I had the donuts I had come for. If you are on the fence about trying it out, don’t be! You won’t regret one single choice you make here because it’s all wonderful! They also serve other pastries and long Johns in a variety of flavors and have some of the biggest cinnamon rolls I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and stop in! Really wish I had taken the time to take a photo before they vanished!

The donuts just aren't good. They taste like ingredients were swapped out for other ingredients that don't make sense. They taste weird and I can't place what it is. It was just unpleasant to eat. I also had an old fashioned donut with maple glaze that looked promising but, again, tasted weird but was also way overly sweet and it was hard to take more than a couple bites.
I was really hoping having an actual donut shop in town would mean good donuts but that's not the case, I much prefer Albertsons donuts over these.
