I ordered 4 Dean Jacob spices with Grinders on January 7, 2021 and was told in a confirmation email that it would be 10 to 14 business days before I would receive them. As of today, 2/I6/21 I still haven't received any of them. I sent an email on 1/21 asking about the order and I received a reply that stated "We are expecting a shipment in from our vendor this week.  They just made a fresh batch of spices last Wednesday and were shipping to us, so that is the slight delay."
On January 25th, I followed up with a phone call and was told that they had the peppercorns already there and the other items should be there any day. I have just sent my final email to them requesting that they be upfront with me on this order. I like to give small merchants the benefit of the doubt especially in these trying times. It appears they could use some help on the quality customer service side. Truly disappointing.

I ordered something from the County Porch today online. I placed the order by phone. Mitch was very nice, went out to the sales floor and inventory to look for what I was requesting. He got back to me right away to let me know they had the product. I needed expedited shipment, and they were sure to ship the box out today, priority post, even though it was later in the day! They were very conscientious and attentive to me as a customer and, these days, I appreciate that! Also, this store had products I could not find elsewhere. I will probably shop there again.

Wonderful old-school customer service. My German mother-in-law asked us to bring some tie kitchen hand towels since she can't find those where she lives. So happy we found this store. Kristi (sp?) was so helpful, she and another representative were hand-checking inventory and, based on the colors I told them were in her home, helped us find a few fun options that would feel hand-selected--literally. The shipping manager heard what they were up to and promised to ship them the next day so they'd arrive in time. So fun to know there are still mom-and-pop shops like this doing business, with a personal touch that's so hard to find. Thank you!

My second order with The Country Porch was just as amazing as the first. I needed to match something I bought from my order last year and couldn't remember what the pattern name of one of the curtains. I called and tried to describe it to the sweet gal on the phone (who was not at all in a hurry for me to get off the phone --amazing in itself!). She said it was simple, all she did was pull up my old order up and we talked for quite some time figuring our what else may work with this new room I'm decorating. I have just never had this kind of shopping experience on any other online store. I think I'm hooked! Who wouldn't want to order from a place who treats you just as special as a friend?! I remember what I said last time - you just can't go wrong no matter how long you wait (and this time things came much quicker); but I feel good about ordering from this family-owned business, it just feels right.

They had exactly what I needed AND I didn't have to place a minimum order like many other craft websites. My order was shipped right away with a tracking number and arrived in a matter of days. I will definitely be ordering from them again. Yay!

I placed my first order with The Country Porch, and what a wonderful experience! After I placed the order, I felt uneasy about my choice. I called back and my order was halted and Steffy was so helpful in recommending items with my color scheme in mind. She took a close-up picture of one item and sent it to me to show me the background detail. I loved it and placed the order. I would highly recommend The Country Porch.

What a fun website! I ordered a decorative wooden sign and it was even nicer than I expected when it arrived. Looks great in my home. Item was priced reasonably, shipping was reasonable and communication from the company was clear and accurate. I will order from The Country Porch again!

I still have a coupon for $10 off my order. When I placed my order (Order #20827074 shipped on 4/2/2019 3:06:31 PM PST ) there was no place to redeem my coupon. I emailed this company and called and left a detailed message. I was assured I would get a return call that day. The call never came. For this reason I am rating The Country Porch poorly.
