I can not express how happy I am with my new cabinets & drawers & my kitchen design overall. I took the overall measurements of my space, emailed to them but Raffi at the cabinet spot made sure to perfect the look by filling the space with the right cabinets they had available . I think what made a huge impact were the blueprints and 3D layout & renderings that were provided. It was extra cost but worth it.He made sure every inch and every centimeter was accounted for. He even came to my home to take measurements & made sure all the corners and walls were measured properly before I signed off. I would truly recommend not just to go buy what's on the website and purchase but to consult with their designer and get the exact cabinet size they tell you is needed. Raffi really knew his stuff. You don't have to use their contractor but get one who can read blueprint designs & you will not go wrong. I promise! I truly recommend to anyone trying to do a kitchen revamp. The quality and the look of the cabinets are beautiful!

Cabinet spot was significantly cheaper than competitors in our area. My friend used them in his home so I was able to see them before buying. The rep I worked with was very helpful and offered suggestions based off of experience. When they were delivered one cabinet was damaged. The cabinet spot replied quickly and sent a replacement out within a few days. We love the cabinets. Can’t recommend them enough.

Appearance is very pretty and is the inset cabinet style I wanted. However, the directions are horrible. No specific instructions on which size screws to use where, I had to watch numerous YouTube videos on other company products to figure out drawers and the lazy Susan. When I called I was told the salesman could “walk me through it.” Absolutely terrible. Then as far as quality I am not impressed. The inner locking screw system easily comes undone and several broke easily during assembly. The sink cabinet was very unstable and we ended up adding support because the bottom kept falling through. The alignment is tricky for the doors so if you don’t have it right, the paint scrapes and chips easily. Would not recommend these cabinets as I have used other RTA cabinets that were made much better.

Terrible experience. Ordered the lacquer euro cabinets for 7k. Thought they were boxes ready to install. They came in pieces on a 700lb pallet with no instructions for install and terrible assembly instructions. Of course several pieces were damaged in shipping and needed to be replaced. The cabinets are double the price of IKEA and really not allot better. Huge amount of work and headaches.

Exceptional customer service! The cabinets we selected were Cherry and a very high quality. Much higher quality than top cabinet shops in our area, and for a much better price! They arrived on time with no damage. We will definitely turn to The Cabinet Spot for any future cabinet needs.

Terrible experience. We ordered inset shaker cabinets for uppers and lowers to redo our entire kitchen. And it's been an awful experience. Cabinets came with no instructions at all. Went on the website and looked through all the instructions available and found nothing that came close to the inset shakers we ordered. Called in and received instructions via email and instructions has none of the lower cabinets in it. The instructions are also a joke and give no detailed instructions for beginners. You would think they would care more about having detailed instructions or assembly videos like other RTA cabinet distributors. I have had to learn how to assemble the cabinets from other RTA websites. And to be honest I'll never waste money again on RTA cabinets from them since they use cam bolts there absolutely worthless. If I ever order RTA cabinets again they will all be screw based with pre-slotted holes or brackets. Several of our upper cabinets had wood distortion and were wavy and was impossible to make them work so i just gave up on the cam bolts and used screws in all the cabinets we bought. I'll never buy from the cabinet spot again.

I've put together a couple of their kitchens. The first one went ok, but the second one was missing parts of some cabinets, and a couple of others didn't even make the first shipment. The third cabinets have been delayed for a couple of months, citing, "supply chain issues." They seem to be solid, but they are held together with cam locks, so who knows how long they will last?

Do not use! Spent over $10,000 on cabinets for my kitchen but the quality is worse than ikea. Color are not cover throughout, uneven cabinet, Nails pokes out cut my finger, missing part and cheap quality. Once contact the cabinet spot about the issues, no one responded.
