We just finished building our home and needed window treatments. It was the internet installer that suggested we try The Blind Gallery. We went that afternoon and met Amanda. She was amazing, making suggestions as we explained what we wanted. After making the deposit, Amanda scheduled a time for a woman (Sorry to say I cannot remember her name) to measure all the windows and both 12x12 sliders. She did a perfect job. When Corey came to install a few weeks later, every covering fit exactly! The installation took only a little over 5 hours. When he finished, Corey explained the remotes and how to register online. Painless process from start to finish.

Elizabeth at The Blind Gallery was very informative and happy to help us. The Hunter Douglas blind we bought was out of warranty by 5 months. The company we bought the blind from is out of business so they could not contact Hunter Douglas for us. Hunter Douglas was very polite and told me I needed to contact an authorized Hunter Douglas dealer to work with them. I called Budget Blind and after several days they returned my call but said they would check to see if they could repair it. They did not want to try and get the blind replaced because i didn’t buy it from them. I then called The Blind Gallery and Elizabeth said to bring the blind in and she would see what she could find out. Elizabeth had a positive attitude and was very happy to try and get my blind replaced or repaired. Because we didn’t buy the blind from them she still was eager to help us and happy to
contact Hunter Douglas for us. I will definitely do business with Elizabeth at The Blind Gallery. I give her a five star.

The Blind Gallery is fantastic! I took a blind in for repair of a broken cord. Elizabeth was very nice and the service was great. I dropped the blind off expecting a week for repair.....they called an hour later and said it was done and ready to pick up! Wow, what great service, they even gave me some valance brackets I needed at no cost. Will defiantly be back.

Elizabeth Myers, was so helpful, as I drove from Eastern Oregon as our local place that is a certified Hunter Douglas Dealer won’t even return my calls. This isn’t the first time. . I've previously brought a few sets of 20 year old blinds here to be repaired and they always had them ready sooner than expected. A few months ago I came in to find a replacement bracket and they helped me find just what I needed. Today I came in for a cord connector, and Elizabeth helped me find the perfect replacements. They were small parts, but she still took time to help me out like a valued customer and that goes a long way with with me.

The blind gallery is my first shop to get blinds. They have a lifetime warranty on their blinds and I love the staff they are amazing. Check them out instead of the big box store shop local. Better deals friendly service.
