More than just toilets. I want to give a great thanks to The Bathroom Store. They are SO FRIENDLY and HELPFUL over there. And now, they have a new showroom. Congratulations on their new show room!

I started my procurement journey in 2021 right during the middle of COVID. I put in this beautiful light mirror into my hall bathroom and Ioved this mirror so much that I bought another for the master bath.

I purchase the master bath mirror almost 10+ months ago, and they were holding it at their warehouse for a long time. I finally picked it up, but had to find their store because they had moved. They did not charge me, did not bug me, but held this object for me without complaint.

I also purchased a kitchen sink and faucet, a vanity sink. Every purchase has made me happy. They speciality- is service! Thank you to everyone at the Bathroom Store.

We had a crack in our 8 year, Toto water tank. Cheryl was very responsive and contacted Toto, who then, found the discontinued water tank, and sent it to us, at no charge. Cheryl's amazing customer service is above and above! Aloha, Mari.

What an experience to work with Steve K and Cheryl G. Taking the parts in and explaining the problem. Steve researched the problem and came up with a solution. Went to the Bathroom Store to check out the Toto toilets. Met Cheryl G. who took time to explain the various models. She was friendly and very professional. We had many questions and she answered them all. She is a great sales person who really knows her products. They have a large clean showroom with many products on display to look at and compare. Cheryl also gave us a detailed breakdown of the cost of a toilet which we really appreciated.

Excellent service...we were happily greeted by sales associate Cheryl who assisted us in finding and purchasing a Toto toilet and washlet. She had great knowledge on all the products in store and was able to answer all our questions. The Bathroom Store on Puuloa is a great showroom.

From my first step in the store, requiring several estimates to at last ordering the items, the experience was pleasant and smooth. Johji was responding quickly to all my questions and proposed different brands to fit my budget. It was such a pleasure to work with them when renovating bathrooms is a headache.
