The opening hours are wrong. Here at 12:15 on a Saturday, and they're shut. Even tried calling in advance to check the hours, and the automated message told us the opening hours, so we knew they'd be open in advance. Don't make a trip here unless you can get a human on the phone first.

I suggest you do not stereotype who walks in your door, she had great pleasure to make my girlfriend and I “aware” I that the starting price of the Bathrooms’ is in the £10s of thousands of pounds with an upturned nose snooty facial look and grin… then she swiftly walked away without finding out our requirements or even before asking what we were looking for…

This made us both feel very unwelcome and as a result we will not be back with our £20k budget as you had no interest in us just based on the fact we were not wearing attire to your pre-judging narrow minded ill informed knowledge…. I suggest you look up the average house price of a property in Morningside.
Little do you know that I am also an alumni of local private school..
But if you has good people skills and were not judging of us you would have learned that.
But instead you have missed out!
We won’t be back and I’ll be informing friends and family of our dreadful experience today.

But don’t worry we went elsewhere and actually spent over our initial budget as the salesperson there was better informed, not snooty and actually interested in us and our project…

I suggest you get some people skills and don’t judge people who walk through your door… as you never know someone’s background or an individual’s spending power.

With that attitude this business will not stand the test of time with a lacking intelligence front of staff member like that!

A fantastic team to work with; The Bathroom Company team surpassed our expectations in every way! Not only did they inspire us with their design ideas, they also helped me to bring my own visions to life, and the end result is simply outstanding!! We had 5 rooms to do; 1 master bathroom, 1 family bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 1 cloakroom for a large residential refurbishment, and i am absolutely delighted with them all! The Bathroom Company were able to stick to my budget without compromise, they bent over backwards throughout the whole process... which at times was a difficult one as we were dealing with challenging existing features e.g. exposed steel beams running through bathrooms etc , all of which which had to be worked around and incorporated into the design, but it was achieved without drama and the whole experience working with them was a pleasurable one... not to mention the high end delivery of presentation and visual imagery material which was first class... and all on budget, just about 😉 ! Great job guys, cant wait to work with you all again on our next project!!

This company remodelled our ageing bathroom to create a beautiful, practical shower-room. Our disintegrating plasterwork and Victorian plumbing gave them plenty of problems; but they rose to every challenge and took pride in the quality of their craftsmanship. Expensive - yes; worth it - absolutely.
