Went in to demo drive a model y and the staff was very helpful with showing me EVERYTHING about the car. SIDEBAR: for my fluffy drivers. I’m 5”11 415lbs and I fit well with the seat back and lowered. There was still room behind me for another passenger to sit behind me. Also to note, it’s a little tight in the hip area for large drivers. 🙂 but I’ll definitely try this car out.

David helped with a model y and model 3 demo and was very helpful. The Full Self Driving is very impressive. Model 3 sound system is crazy, the tech in these cars does live up to most of the hype.

Upon a friend's recommendation, I went to the dealership and they told me that I could also benefit from the 0% APR campaign that my friend purchased during the discount period, and I encountered a completely different result. I think this situation occurred as a result of the branch employee misleading me. It was a huge waste of time for me.

The sales people there are very courteous and answered all our questions.

My bother had scheduled a test drive and the sales rep went over many details and features in car before the actual test drive. The drive was impressive and of course acceleration was unreal.

No pressure whatsoever. My brother simply has to decide which model he prefers.

Overall experience was excellent.

We went there to buy the car but the employees treated so bad. They didn’t want to answer the questions at all . Really really bad customer service

Made an appointment for 8:30 pm, arrived on time, and found only one employee working. After waiting 10 minutes, he informed us that we would need to reschedule. We had driven 20 minutes to the mall for this appointment, only to be met with an unprofessional attitude. The employee’s behavior was shockingly poor and disrespectful.

I just stopped in with a owner charging error, me not the car. While there I had a few minor fixes (magnet glued back on & the logo gules back on 2015 car so it’s normal) it cosmetic issues and Manuel the assist manager went out of his way to help. Thank you so much!
