I’ve never had my car fixed since new. My lift-gate has always leaked. After over 10 Tesla visits my car still isn’t in good condition. They simply don’t fix the problem and do a sloppy worse job in return. I miss my Toyota worst decision ever. Last attempt they decided to get caulking sealant everywhere and I’ve been trying my best to get it off at home.

I just walked into this dealership and had the worst experience of my life, I am a car fanatic, I have a 2024 RAM TRX Last Call Edition, valued at over $130,000 dollars, and I was passing by that area, I stopped to see if I could see the Cybertruck, indeed they had around 3 to 4, in an area where they put the cars that are already sold, when I was going to approach the Cybertruck, the supposed manager identified as: "John" comes, he probably lied when I asked for his name, he is white, about 55 years old, bald, green eyes, and he tells me that I cannot approach the truck, I tell him that I am not going to touch it or open it, I just want to get closer to see it closer and he tells me on more than three occasions no, even if he went with him. It was something totally absurd, senseless and derogatory. I recommend that if you want to buy a Tesla, do not go to this dealership, the supposed manager does not have the slightest knowledge of what customer services is.

The service center and the experience is horrible. First of all, i was told that they hope, to get my car done same day, gave me a loaner(which was dirty inside and out), then at 5PM(1 Hour before closing) my car was not even brought into the shop. I told them I live 2.5 hours away. But no one updated me until I reached out. Next day comes in, car is “done”, i drive 2.5 hours BACK, just to find out that almost none of my complaints were addressed. Not even basic alignment($228 paid). Would NOT recommend this service center to anyone

Brand new service center and showroom on University Blvd next to UTC Mall. Replaces the service center that was on McIntosh Rd in Sarasota. ♿ Handicap accessible customer lounge and restrooms. Can service up to 14 vehicles on lifts. You must get onto the road circling the mall to gain entrance. Outdoor parking is plentiful.

ZERO STARS would be my choice if it was an option. Tesla’s cars may be good but this locations lacks customer service and integrity. No one takes accountability, it’s almost impossible to get someone on the phone and IF they reply, you are passed on to someone else. This location would not refund my husbands $250 deposit after they went back on numbers they discussed. Make sure what’s your promised is loaded in the app correctly before you pay a deposit. Buyers nightmare. Definitely do not recommend!!!!

Had a windshield replaced on our model 3. Tesla is the best when it comes to service. You literally pull your car into the garage say hi and either wait in the clean waiting room or go shop nearby. You can monitor every step of the work being done from the app and know when to pick up your car. You don’t even have to enter the building to pick up your car. They tell you what spot it’s in and you just get in and go. Payment is through the app and since your phone is the key you are all set. It doesn’t get easier than that. I’ve owned Tesla’s since 2016 and continue to be amazed by the service.
