After having my Kitchen and Master bathroom remodeled by S&W a few years ago, I requested the same designer, Sarah, help me with my guest bathroom recently. I had several specific requests and both Sarah and Chris went out of their way to meet my requirements. I am very pleased with the finished project and was very satisfied with the team that did the work. I would highly recommend my designer, Sarah, to anyone wishing to do some remodeling. She saw my vision, added to it and made my finished project wonderful!

From the day we purchased our home in 2007 we knew eventually the day would come that we could make it our own and that day finally came a year ago...We went with a broad scale of work that involved taking walls down and reinventing the look of our home and working with Sarah Kraus & S&W Kitchens was exactly what we needed to make our dream makeover come true. Sarah did an awesome job listening to our wants and needs and helped us create what really became a dream kitchen in my eyes. She was able to keep us grounded in choosing materials that would create a timeless style yet helped us achieve a look we could be proud of.
From her vision of our kitchen to her responsiveness in times of need, all while having a baby at the same time! I really loved everything about working with Sarah Kraus. The Demo crew was also amazing in how meticulous they were in keeping our home clean while they were taking walls out and pulling up tile. They protected our existing tile floors well and each day ended with a mop and taped off areas where we shouldn't go. The final outcome was worth every penny and I appreciate S&W's interest in making sure we were 100% happy and creating a punch list that was completed before final inspection. If I had a critique of negativity it would simply be our timing in starting a big project at a time when most businesses were struggling to get good skilled trades to help. Thanks again for all your efforts Sarah, we really love our new home!

We used SW Kitchens for a large project renovating all living spaces (kitchen, pantry, mudroom, laundry, family room, living room, office) of our home in spring of 2024. Time was of the essence for us as we’d already sold our other home, and had a baby due later in the summer.

Our designer Mayerlin, and project manager Adam hit the ground running to get us to “substantial completion” as soon as humanly possible so we could move out of our temporary housing before baby arrived. Not only did they make it in time, they were early! The only time we fell behind was if I needed them to change something or added scope to the job and at every turn they were helpful, professional, and took pride in their work. While we still had pending projects after bringing baby home, they worked with us to keep disruptions to a minimum.

A major selling point for us with SW was their reputation for doing what it takes to make clients happy and ensuring all employees and subcontractors who entered my home we’re background checked quality craftsmen. They did not disappoint and we are so grateful for their skill bringing our vision to life! If you choose SW, make sure you request Mayerlin and Adam, you’ll be in great hands!

I had been planning and visioning my outdoor living area for a couple of years before finally pulling the trigger. I had numerous companies come out to provide designs and quotes to best accomplish my ideas. I chose Sarah with S & W Kitchens to move forward with my project because I was impressed with her background and willingness to research ideas that she had not done before. The design of our new kitchen is awesome. Sarah Bartleson, our designer went above and beyond in creating an excellent design and ensuring it resulted in a completed project. She made a computer-generated version of the kitchen, and when complete the actual kitchen is almost indistinguishable from her design. She ensured that the countertops and backsplash were chosen to match a concept we had and was of great help in the selection of every aspect, including many trips to the house in all parts of the project to make sure everything works. We had to replace the kitchen due to mold and now it is like a showroom! We had talked with multiple vendors to try to get the job done, and finally settled on S&W, primarily due to Sarah's great help, competence, and friendliness, and their ability to do the whole job from design to installation. My husband and I recently had our kitchen remodeled by S&W Kitchens. We had new cabinets and countertops installed. The entire team was timely, competent, and a pleasure to work with. Our communication with the designer and site supervisor was excellent. We were always aware of the status of the construction. Being in the midst of covid, the work teams had temperature checked and face masks on during their time in my home. We highly recommend S&W Kitchens.

I DO NOT recommend! After finally calming down after a horrible experience as I wanted my review to be fair. Well it’s been a year since the completion of over a year of a small kitchen remodel, I will just say DO NOT USE THEM! The things that went wrong are too long to list. So again, I DO NOT Recommend! We completely regret using our hard earned money and savings on S&W

Update: While I can appreciate their comment below ....
It would have been nice and meant a lot more if they would have shown that kind of concern and consideration during the whole process. Taking correct measurements, ordering the right items, using competent subcontractors go further during the actual project, then responding to a Google Review to save face. It's too little, too late.
